After Calling And Explaining My Brakes Had Faild A

After calling and explaining my brakes had faild and i needed car and myself took home they eventuly araived 2 hours latter with a battery pack to jump start a car that was already running perfectly but no brakes so the.guy gets on fone to call center and explaind what i had already told them needed car uplifted to garage or home another1 and half hours latter guess what another guy apears same sinario hear to give me a jump start late at night so gave up got bus homewhich took 120 mins to which just gets home to get a call from recovery again for 3rd time to say they were at my car to jump start me well u no the outcome cancelld it next day went with tools and brake pipes fixed at roadsid by myself pure and utter disbeleaf these pepole are so stupid whish had done reveiw before purchase rubish cover

I have never written a bad review about anything before but I am appalled by the length of time the breakdown people took to attend an incident that occurred on my journey home on the motorway after reporting my problem the breakdown then texted me to say they would be arriving within the hour the highways agency phoned me after a hour to ask if the recovery people had arrived I said no they then phoned the recovery people up and I was told they are just getting on the motorway and would arrive in FIFTEEN MINUTES guess what we had to wait ANOTHER HOUR for them to arrive being stood at the side of the motorway for over TWO HOURS is both dangerous and unacceptable this is not the first time I have had to await for breakdown to arrive my previous length I had to wait was TWO AND A HALF HOURS I will be changing to another breakdown company

We Had The Most Horrible Time In Spain With This C

We had the most horrible time in Spain with this company i beg you not to use them, They were rubbish it was 10 days of a nightmare i could write 3 pages.it took them 3 hours to get to us 12 miles from garage the car had to go to bmw which took them 2 days to sort we were given an old car to use which the garage tryed to charge us for as Co.op happen booked it out we were left totally on our own we contact garage, collected car, had to change ferry because car hadn't been done, one sugestion was to fly us home leave car and pet DOG as he was not there problem in spain they would not bring us all home as it says in the contract we are still out of pocket it would have been better to hire a lorry and come home DON'T USE CO.OP
