Honda Vision 110 (2012)

borrowed from honda dealer while my cbr 125 was serviced.firstly its very feminine, perfect for a lady to pop around town.personally i wasnt a fan.on the plus side this scooter was pokey..fuel efficient..and reliable...wouldnt recommend to any lads but if you ladies are after a decent scooter you wont get better to suit your needs...if i was female would probably give a 5 rating due to it being more suited.

Starter Motor Faulty

Had Honda vision new for less than 6 months and nothing but trouble with the starter motor spinning and not engaging no help from Honda as they say its the problem with that modal and type of motor

I have had the same problem. Bendix key not engaging. It's been back to Honda twice under warranty, and they cleaned out dust, but could not cure it. The starter always engages, but it can take a few false tries (up to seven now) first, sometimes. It's incredibly irritating, as otherwise the bike is reliable and very pleasant, but I wish Honda could do a recall for this. My previous Piaggio Zip never once failed, in 10 years, to start first press of the button.

Unbelivable Little Scooter

I dont acctually own one of these but i use one of these for my work. I deliver for dominos and this wee scooter is amazing. Because its not mine i kick the life out of it and it just laughs at me. I wasnt really expecting much when my manager told me it was a 110cc but i thought it not mine so so what. then I had a go and what a shock. it beats bmw, jags and even bigger bikes of the line. I would say the only thing wrong with it is its smaller than some 50cc. That doesnt mean its uncomfortable im 6ft and one of the guys i work with is 6ft7" and it fits us brillant honda really put some thought into it. the issue is other road users because its so small in size they dont give it as much respect as it deserves. now bear in mind it still has the big dominoes box on the back plus me and whatever bottles and pizzas im carrying plus the rediclously heavy suits they make us wear its still good for 60 might get 65 at a push and thats mph not km/ph. And now for the handling. my experience of scooters is thery are a bit clumbsy in the corners and not the best for filtering just compared to bikes just due to the weight dispribustion but this wee honda handles like a well balance bike. if ur considring a scooter or a bike then seriously get one of these ive kicked the arse out of this one and honestly it just want to keep going. And dont think because its owned by a shop its well looked after its not its just checked by myself every other time i use it ( i mean lights and oil) and then its on the road to get abused more. Im looking to get one for myself i like it that much makes work fun and fast. plus the pizzas are always still warm lol. just watch when you use the brakes they are stronger than they really need to be so it stops in about half a car length form 30mph. great if someone runs out infront of u or a light suddenly changes but it caught me off gaurd the first time. and one last thing it doesnt matter how wet the ground is it still sticks like glue to the road. dont hear 110 and write it off its far better than 95% of the 125s out there. plus cheaper insurance
