Had A Husky Sm For About 2 Months Now And Can Only

had a husky sm for about 2 months now and can only say OMG. it truly is an enormoursly pleasurable bike. like others have said they are expensive to buy new and used because of the fact that they have tuned engines but you know you will be right up there with the KTMs and DTs. i have to fill mine up once every 2-3 weeks (bout 8 quid) as i use it every day but it only drinks alot if you throttle it alot! i think i have had about 180km to a full tank which isnt too bad. the ride is comfortable, the brakes are excellent and it sounds the part. insurance is also good (depending on where you live). the only thing i would reccomend is a dep pipe or similar and this thing will fly! (well it already does). look after it properly and it will be a gem.

In The 18 Month's I've Had My Husqvarna Sm125, It'

In the 18 month's i've had my Husqvarna SM125, it's been in the workshop 9 times. Asides the huge price tag, when I had to fill the tank up every 20 metres, and pay for the constant break-downs (kick start 3 times, electrics 5 times, head gasket 1 time), i don't think i'll be buying Husky again.A real shame, they're good looking bikes, and I think I just got a bad run of luck with mine, but it's put me off for life. Replaced with Honda CB1000RR. All is well.

The Husqvarna Sm125 Is A Very Good Bike, But If Ca

The Husqvarna SM125 is a very good bike, but if can't get a used one then you're looking at a rather large price, though it is definitely worth it in the end, great handling, decent speed, and lovely looks. Very good quality forks (marzocci) and brakes (brembo) etc, a lot of aftermarket parts available (ie new plastics, electric starts), the standard pipe derestricted can get up to around 80mph, restricted does around 65mph, not amazingly fast compared to the racing 125's but the way it gets there is amazing, acceleration is brilliant. As it's a 2-stroke the pipe can rust easily if not maintained and looked after properly, and also the whole bike in general needs to be looked after well as it's a dual purpose bike, no electric start just kick start, overheats in stuck traffic sometimes, pricey.

I Have The Yellow And Blue Husqvarna Sm 125 And It

I have the yellow and blue Husqvarna SM 125 and it looks very nice. I have only owned for a few days but as it is brand new I cannot go over 40 for a thousand miles. Drives and handles nice and has plenty of power even in top gear. Is OK on fuel but not really noticed it going down as I cannot go over 40.

Overall a good bike well worth the money. Just cant wait to open it up and see how fast she goes.

Originally Made In Sweden, Husqvarna (aka "husky")

Originally made in Sweden, Husqvarna (AKA "Husky") are now owned buy Italian giants MV Augusta. The SM125 comes in either race or road spec, difference being lights and other technicals to make it road legal. I have owned the bike for a few months now and would recommend it to anyone with pockets deep enough. It is a race bike and so does require regular maintenance. This bike is not one for economy on fuel but it's worth the sacrifice for such unbelievable pleasure and thrills! To sum up, this bike has done my proud so far and can't see any reason why it won't for the rest of the time I own it.

This is my first ever review, but a subject I am more then able to inform others about - hope you found this useful.

The Husqvarna Sm125 Is A Good First Bike - I Can G

The Husqvarna SM125 is a good first bike - I can get 55mph in 3rd at 13000 revs which is good going from a Chinese bike and a lot faster than other ebay bikes, although it's not the quickest bike in terms of acceleration. It could be nice with a few mods such as a new exhaust, headlight and some decals.
