Item: JMT Lithium ion battery with "2 year warranty"

Cost: £59.95

Product Issues: Won't provide sufficient crank power on any cold mornings (even though claimed to work in up to -10 temperatures)

Customer service issues: Zero reply or acknowledgement to any of my emails, phone calls, letters or website contact forms sent over the period of 2 months.

After 2 months of trying to get hold of someone at Bikeaholics, I then contacted the German manufacturer (fantastic) who put me in touch with the JMT UK distributor (helpful) who in turn contacted Bikeaholics Ltd who then miraculously replied to one of my emails sent asking me to return the battery for a refund which I got today but still had to chase them for the refund.

Probably the most frustrating purchase ever!!!

I would have liked to know that no one will ever contact you back if you have any issues with your purchase, making the "warranty" useless, just unlucky for them I am a persistent kind of guy.
