The Best Winter Hack So Far Traded Up From An Xt T

The best winter hack so far traded up from an xt thought at £800 I had paid too much but fuel economy good comfy ride and even made it to work in the snow bark busters and heated grips my only upgrades, forget normal or axle grease was given a tube of jcb hi temp grease cleaned headset applied funky thick blue grease 9 months and 7000 miles later still feels smooth bike now at 48,000 and still starts first prod of button will ride it to death and never sell. only regret not so good on motorway but great through city wish I could of afforded newer one.

Had My Bmw Funduro Bike About 18 Months(8k Miles).

Had my BMW Funduro bike about 18 months(8k miles).

Had some staring problems, until I got a new battery ;-)

Great for commuting in town and getting away from traffic out of town. Gets a bit too buzzy for comfort around 85mph, but great to cruise at 70. Get a taller screen to cut down buffeting and heated grips are great in winter.

I ride all year round and the body work provides a reasonable amount of weather protection.

Recommend to anyone.

The Bmw F650gs Funduro Is Easy To Ride, Comfortabl

The BMW F650GS Funduro is easy to ride, comfortable and easy to service

It doesn't like side winds and a bit slow on open road. It's getting old. Very nice bike and good on gravel roads

After Putting 48k Miles On My 05 Honda Cb 250 Nigh

After putting 48k miles on my 05 Honda CB 250 Nighthawk, I bought this 97 BMW 650 Funduro (classic) showing 4500 on odo. After changing out the original tires, recovering seat, LOF and some detailing, I feel confident that I have a very dependable bike for my 75 mile round trip commute up and down the I-10 in San Bernardino. Am working on a windshield extension to throw the airstream over the hat.

I've Owned A Bmw F650 For 3 Years. Ive Taken The B

I've owned a BMW f650 for 3 years. Ive taken the bike up to 32,000 miles on the clock. It € s a 95 model. Ive traveled to John O € groats and all round Scotland and lands end. Bike just keeps going. So for your money.... it € s a good bike to own. Do your own servicing it € s a doddle. Get onto BMW Motorworks for service items. Good company and fast delivery.

Chains don € t last long. Steering head bearings need greasing up time after time. Oil in frame melts the grease. Use the f650.co.uk site for info. Remus can sound nice and loud.

All in all a cheap way into BMW.

Good off road but obviously nobby tires are a big help.
