One Of The Best 50's Out There

i bought my 03 gilera rcr 50 as spares or repair as it didnt run and had been sat up for 5 years. when i got my rcr home i personaly rebuilt the engine fully with all new bearings, seals, gaskets and piston and was very suprised at how cheap the parts were. also as i am only 16 i was suprised at how simple it was and would encurage other to save money and rebuild these them selves. after a succesful rebuild i put the engine back in, it preety much fired strieght up on about the 6th kick. and i have had no problems since. after running it in i found the bike realy comfortable and easy to ride as it just being derestricted i hit 50 on the flat witch i was quite stuned at. one thing i dont like about the bike is the clutch is a litle to stiff for my liking but this may cure its self over a bit more use. but as for the whole bike i would reccomend everybody and anybody to get one.

This Is The Best 50cc You Can Own, With Some Mods

This is the best 50cc you can own, with some mods it does 68 mp/h flat.

sometimes i dragrace with it against other 50cc and i have not lost.

This bike shouldn't be used in rain, your shoes will get really wet.

Brilliant Bike Incredibly Fast And Easy To Ride On

brilliant bike incredibly fast and easy to ride only downsides are ducati electrics are pain in wet and starting from cold or being stuck in traffic because whilst in traffic decides it don't like it and stalls love the smoothness and comfort although had to change the handlebar grips for foam ones because on a run gets bit too viby and hands fall asleep but overall would recommend and a tip for people is Vaseline all connectors if you have ducati electrics and the bike will do 50mph up hill and bout 60mph on flat. before i bought the bike I would have liked too know that you have too have a mess with the choke to get it to start easily.

Had This Bike 2 Weeks, Bought It Second Hand. Need

Had this bike 2 weeks, bought it second hand. Needed new bars, grips, throtal cable, air filter and a good cleaning. Apart from that, the engine runs sound and it is probably one of the best 50 cc's iv seen running, can easily get near to the 50 - 55 mark. No problems. Love this bike can be a b#tch to get going but once you have the bike running correctly, its a sound bike and worth the money! :)

Great Bike, Looks Awsome, Great Off Road, Practica

great bike, looks awsome, great off road, practically indestructable. I love this bike, ive never had a problem with it. i just got a de-ristriction. Its now quite quick. I fell off the other day, in a 55mph hi-side the bike flew sorta fliped and then slide and i just picked it up and rode on(the indicator broke and was dangling by the cable). Amazingly robust! Its great fun off road, i take it on mountain bike tracks and it handles anything with ease; drop offs get a bit exiting. Unfortunatly, It takes quite a while to warm up on cold days and the back brake is often difficult to find when riding (it is too small and in the wrong position).

I Took Over This Bike From My Older Brother And Ha

i took over this bike from my older brother and have had it for about 6 months, great bike its been de-redistricted and does a maxium of 50mph very fast with no other mods or accessories. I would recommend this bike for any other learner, apart from the time it takes to warm in the mornings i think its the best value 50cc you can buy.

Owned A Gilera Rcr 50 For Three Years, Never Had O

Owned a Gilera RCR 50 for three years, never had one single problem, used it for commuting day in-day out. Aswell as commuting I rode it for pure enjoyment in the evenings and weekends, thrashed it everywhere! Great learner bike, lots of fun, good size, good riding position. Not enough power when restricted, feels sluggish and struggles with hills.

Good Points On This Bike, Even With The Stock Exha

Good points on this bike, even with the stock exhaust and just improved air flow to the engine it will do about 40 - 45 but i am going to go for a race pipe though

Recommended to 16 year olds that have common sense and can ride a bike safely..

I ' Ve Had The Bike A Year Now And It Has Only Bro

I ' ve had the bike a year now and it has only broken a couple of times, nothing major only electrics, my bike has a lot of power, I have a Doppler exhaust and I have a race carb I am going to fit soon to improve power. This bike is definitely better than getting a moped, as all my friends have realised when riding behind me everywhere. The bike is very light and easy to throw around and pull wheelies, I can pull a power wheelie in any gear, it ' s an easy bike to learn gears on... I recommend you get one now!
