Wheelie Machine

Owned my 2004 ccm 644 dual sport for a year now and it's the most fun I've had on 2 wheels!

Supermoto set up it will out handle most sports bikes on the twisty roads and can lift it's front wheel for fun!

Genuine parts getting a bit thin on the ground now but can be found, servicing is easy an cheap and if riding sensibly fuel consumption isn't as bad as other bikes I've owned.

Downsides to this bike are it's seat, one of the best bikes I've owned but 100% most uncomfortable seat, wiring round headstock is tight from factory and is a common problem on alot of 644's. Also if buying a yellow ccm 644 dual sport note that alot of the yellow panels are now discontinued.

Ccm 644 Dual Sport (2002)

I have owned many bikes but the ccm comes top for me, it's very reliable (suzuki engine) has plenty of power good on fuel it's light. It has an extended swinging arm so offroad wheel can be fitted. Personaly i would't take mine offroad as it's too good for that lol.

The parts for ccm are reasonably cheap and the servicing is not needed as often as some other supermoto's. I would't recommend buying one for touring unless you have an ass made of stone.

Go on you know you want one :)

I Bought A Brand New 2003 Ccm 644 Dual Sport And G

I bought a brand new 2003 CCM 644 dual sport and got both sets of wheels. I done about 1000 miles on the supermoto wheels then put the trail wheels on for a go. The supermoto wheels are gathering dust in my garage now. I take my bike off road everywhere in all weathers. I have had it 7 years now and it has had minimal maintenance. It never breaks down (touch wood). It climbs hills easily, and I mean serious near vertical bings. Plenty of power and wheelies easily too. A bit heavy in muddy conditions though. Mine appeared to suffer from rusting problems. My brother got one identical at the same time and his faired better with similar use. I was thinking of buying a new one but they dont make them anymore. They do a 450cc version. I might check that out. Great bike, I have a 1250 Bandit for road use too.

I Bought Mine New 2005 Ccm(it Replaced An Xr600) A

I bought mine new 2005 CCM(it replaced an XR600) and has to be the best high speed off roader.

That I have used in the Australian bush but mine is best geared with stock sprockets for fire trail work.

The only weak point is the Oil cooler it could have mounted with a better brace

to made stronger they aren't cheap to replace.

The only change from stock was custom handle bar risers.

But truly a great bike.

I Have Had My Ccm 664 For A 3 Years Now And Apart

I have had my CCM 664 for a 3 years now and apart from tyres and chains and sprockets its been great.

The odd electrical issue but one wire later and its all good.

I ride mine day in day out on and off road using road tyres never needed to swap them yet.

The fuel tanks a bit small in standard form 120 mile to the tank 13 litres.

In tuned form 80-100 to the tank the R30 comes with a smaller tank so get friendly with your local petrol station or pre progam your satnav for um.

better off getting parts direct as saves some money.

Easy to service yourself and they look good dirty or clean.

and the sports bike top speed yes they go quick in a straight line but can they corner as well as a supermoto?

The Ccm 644 Is Just An Amazing Machine. On The Hig

The CCM 644 is just an amazing machine. On the highway will eat the miles scratching through the lanes and A roads and through towns is high and controllable with superb balance. Off road it widens the horizons and offers confidence and awesome power. Have rarely ridden a bike that is as flexible and fun.
