Speedfight 2 From Peugeot

This is a fantastic bike, one of its best uses is if you pull the seat bucket off and poo in the hole. youve got youself a fancy looking toilet then, and it gets better you can pull off the handle bar grip and use it as a toilot paper rail how great is that!

Fourth Speedfight 2 Would Highly Recommend

This is my 4th speedfight 2 the first one I bought was hard work regularly breaking down . So sold it . But the others have been fine . Like mentioned in other reviews regular main trance with the bikes is key and having built in locks at the rear is fantastic , no more lugging around heavy chains just an extra key . I bought this one as spares and repairs for all of £200 as the guy fitted a new engine but it kept cutting out . So after a quick read of the Haynes manual found it to be the wrong fuel to air mixture . Now runs like a dream . Wouldn't recommend for a first bike but if you have mechanical know how you can't go far wrong with a screw driver , spanner and a spare spark plug . All in all a very well made and designed bike .

They are called anaconda locks . They wrap around a lamp post and then lock back on them selves . To use the lock insert your ignition key into the lock above or below your brake light . Unlock it then pull it out . The lock mechanism splits in half allowing you to lock the chain in a big loop around any good size post . Best of luck

Ive just got one and un sure how the lock works when pulled out

45,000 Miles On My 51 Plate Speedfight

I have a 50cc peugeot speedfight 51 plate I bought it off a friend last year when it only had 16,000 miles on it. My friend had done a lot of quick fixes just to sell it, since I have had it it has had a new exhaust, two new starter motors, new starter relay, full kickstart and transmission re-build. It is on stop again now, it took some time to start in the rain, it went about three miles and then when I slowed down for the junction it cut out and wouldn't start again, hoping it just needs a relay, or a fuse. the boy's down at the local garage asked me how many miles it had done when I told them about the problem, they said i was lucky i got past 20,000 miles on a speedfight. I would have liked to have bought a new bike but I thought if I bought it off a friend I was doing him a favour, so much for friends.

Speedfight 2 100cc

Hi I. Bought A speedfight2 100cc model off my mate it is in very good condition for its age as he only put 2000 mile. On the clock and then put it in a shed I seviced it when I got it. But I have noticed it is a bit lazy on eletric starter. Is this a common fault or not also its a bit small on seat for two apart from that the bike is good fun to ride i

Great Scoot But Needs Some Tuning To Get It Sweet, Easy Done

i bought my 100cc 2007 rally victories model when it was just 18 months ols with 950mls on the clock, there is no arguement that it`s one of the best looking spoets scooters and being a 100 rather than 125 insurance is cheap, it came with a cat exhaust system and bog standard and would top out at 58/60 mph, not that quick but it`s a honda designed motor and there are many tuning improvements you can make if you want more speed/acceleration, it depends on your budget and technical know how but most of it is just a case of replacing stock items with bolt on tuned versions, the exhaust pipe is terrible and weighs a ton so a good pipe like a doppler s3r is a must , then the stock intake manifold is a dog with fleas and to coplement the s3r pipe a stage 6/enki/jasil intake maniflod and v reed block is a must i`ve done this then added a 21mm tnt carb, artek filter, boost bottle, malossi 120 kit (with re-worked head) malossi variator, polini clutch/belt, pm tuning secondary gear up kit and put a pair of peugeot vivacity 100 front forks on to replace the speedfight single arm (sloopy) origonal set up, and made a load of cosmetic changes, the performance now is really something compared to stock and handles better with the twin forks also added a set of koso clocks which are great as have rev counter which really helps you to set up roller weights/clutch/contra spring, so as you can see it`s become a sort of hobby for me as well as just transport, but if you don`t feel the need for speed it`s still a great little scooter off the shelf so to speak, definately stick with the mk 2 in 50cc (l/c best) or 100 as they are 2 stroke and made well in france, the new mk3 made in china is an apalling over priced 4 stroke bit of junk compared to the mk2 ! overall i can say it`s never let me down and i love it.

Peugeot Speedfight 2 100cc 07

i have had this bike since i was 17 and i have to say it has never let me down. but does need servicing every 6000 miles and if you want to save money get a Haynes manual and do it your self but its an all round cracking little bike and if you fit an sports exhaust it will easily hit 65 mph!

If You Like Drifting This Is Quite Simple To Handl

If you like drifting this is quite simple to handle while sliding round corners but it aint a vespa. Mine is preowned and was already kitted out with a fair amount of sports parts it accelarates like stink and handles really well plus looks bitching.

It has broken down a couple of times but i mainly think the previous owner set it up completely wrong and did some nasty work on it and not much low end power which means i cant do any chavvie tricks without difficulty

The Hoses On My Peugeot Speedfight Tend To Corrode

The hoses on my Peugeot Speedfight tend to corrode, but can be snipped and reattached. Needs regular maintenance and servicing, but a good little machine to and from work.
