I applied for this loan under the impression that it was for a private party loan so why is my offer for dealers? What a waste of a credit pull and my time. Not happy!

Experience was very good. All aspects of the online purchase were timely, polite, and professional. Pricing was good, and working with CarsDirect is significantly better than walking into a dealership to buy a car.

Buying a new(or used)car is something I would rather avoid. This the 2nd time I've used Cars Direct. They did all the leg work and made buying a new car extremely easy. I most likely will be using tem in the future.

We purchased two Chevy Volts using CarsDirect. The service was great and the price was right. I've purchased through CarsDirect before and will continue to use them in the future. I hate being hassled by unethical car sales people when I go to a dealer. Using CarsDirect gets rid of the hassle. The representative will point you in the right direction and do all of the leg work for you. I only went to the dealer to test drive the vehicle and when the car I wanted was there ready for pick up. The process was good even though a little bit impersonal - the first time I had a consultant who called me and nicely explained everything.

The info I was getting this time was good but they (CarsDirect) picked a dealership I was not (and I'm not) very happy about.

Although I had to drive 100 miles to pick it up rather than wait a week for delivery it was worth it. carsdirect saved me about $5000. I shopped at three dealers where I live and on line at several websites. Most didn't have the color or interior I wanted.

I didn't like the long drive or that it took two hours to purchase the car, but later realized how much I had to learn about this Lexus.

First I tried to get quote from dealership. I felt lack of honesty by salesman at dealership. He did not disclose cash-back, Toyota was offering, even when I asked about it. In addition, he tried to play number game.

With cars direct, the price was easily 2k less.

One big tip, make sure you write exactly what you want in the forms and emails the staff sends you, don't give second and third options if you have a very specific trim level and color in mind because you second choice might be an easier find and that's what you will get quoted for. Also remember to read every detail in your emails to make sure you are getting exactly what your are looking for.
