Bought A Gearbox
3rd September 2021, I had a problem with my car’s gearbox and I trusted these breakers with a gearbox, I called them before buying it and they said that everything about the gearbox is good and working.
Completely not the case, the gearbox was whining like crazy and the reverse gear was completely gone.
Paid £280.00 for a broken gearbox which I’m sending back for a full refund with postage covered.
This is false advertisement and lying to customers in order to sell whatever item it is.

Can only speak as I find. Their quote for my Mazda 5 compressor was the cheapest and the part was with me within 2 days as promised. When it came to fitting the pump it was not the right one. (my fault, should have provided the part number) called them, provided part number, they said the correct pump would be with me the next morning. It was, Parcel Force delivered it
by 10 am. great service.

Bought An Engine
Purchased an engine via the website breakerlink. Guys were very helpful, delivery took two days. However the engine did not fit. It was manual instead of automatic. First he was assuring me that it does fit, but when my mechanic have spoken to his mechanic they agreed that it does not. He promised me to get me a new engine and never picked up the phone again. Make your on opinion.

Right Part Delivered Although It Took 10 Days To Arrive.
I was skeptical about ordering the part due to their feedback, I was also not confident that they would supply the correct part and would have problems trying to return it.
This was the only one I could find so I took a chance and ordered it.
However, my fears were unfounded and the correct part arrived as described and fitted perfectly, the only downside was that it took 10 days to arrive.
All in all I'm just glad the part fitted and that's what counted in the end.

Ordered a swift gearbox, asked if the gearbox was noisy was told it was fine. Once we fitted the gearbox the vehicle was worse than before. The new gearbox was noisy in all 5 years.
Made contact they were not interested, said they dont have a manager or a director and there is nothing that they are going to do.
Will pursue the matter through courts

Delivered Wrong Part, Refusing Refund
Delivered the wrong part a month ago, now they are refusing to acknowledge receipt of the part I returned (despite signing for it) and still waiting for my money.
All communications from them sound like they were written by a (rude) five year old.
Completely irreputable and incompetent, avoid at all costs. Have reported them to Trading Standards.

Warning - Charged For Item Not Received & No Communication!
I ordered two items, agreed delivery arrangements and paid by credit card over the phone. I was subsequently advised by email that one of the parts was not available. This seemed strange as I had previously been advised that both parts were available. Only one part arrived although I was charged for both. Despite 3 phone calls and 3 emails, to which I have not had the curtsey of a single response, I have still not been refunded the money owed to me. I will now have to pursue via my credit card provider. I'll not be bothering with Parts Gateway in the future - not worth the hassle!
