Ordered a front bumper for my Suzuki Grand Vitara,not one in stock,but I was willing to wait.They got me a brand new bumper,at a fraction of the price of a new one.Staff were friendly and helpful,and kept me up to date with the order.Was delivered by a pleasant driver and I will definitely use them again.A big Thankyou guys.

Don't Think About It!
I placed an order for a car bumper by telephone on Saturday 15th August, and was told delivery would be 2 - 4 working days. As I had received no written confirmation of my order, I sent a confirmatory email on 17th August. I received no reply to this either.
On 17th August they charged £84 to my credit card.
I phoned the company a week later, and was told there was a slight delay due to difficulty removing the bumper from the old vehicle. I therefore gave them my son-in-law's address for delivery as I was going on holiday for a week.
As the bumper still did not appear, my son-in-law phoned them later in the second week and was given the same excuse.
I therefore phoned them 2 weeks after placing the order to cancel it. A man said he would check its status and call me back. He didn't. I called back an hour later, and he refused to cancel it, telling me that it was already with a carrier, though he gave me no tracking details. If I sent it back it would be at my own expense.
At no stage did I receive any acknowledgement in writing of this order, nor did they ever communicate with me other than when I or my son-in-law phoned them. This, I understand, is in breach of the laws on distance selling.
I have now sent a further email confirming that I have cancelled the order and will refuse to accept delivery. I await developments...
Further to the above...
Nothing has arrived, in spite of their statement on 1st September that it was already with a carrier. I waited a further 2 weeks and, on 10th September, had a telephone message on my answerphone from them asking to discuss my order. I replied by email pointing out that I had cancelled the order so there was nothing to discuss and I expected my money back. To date this has not been forthcoming. I am taking advice on futher action.

Supply Of Car Parts
Foreign Car Parts Ltd reported having a required vehicle part. The part was paid for but was not supplied. Refund of payment was requested but after 5 weeks a refund has still not been authorised.
Their service is appalling and a very poor reflection on BreakerLink, through whom this company was contacted.
The actions/non-actions of FOREIGN CAR PARTS LTD could be described as fraudulent and may have to be resolved by resorting to Court Action.
Would recommend potential customers avoid similar situations by staying well clear of this supplier, FOREIGN CAR PART LTD.
The star rating of this company belies the quality of their service.A true rating would have been very useful.
