Avoid Customer Service Is Absolutely A Disgrace.

AVOID CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE …

The worst online shop I have ever dealt with. I got my order and it was damaged. They told me to send it back which i did recorded delivery (good job I did) because they denied they received it but hey its been signed for with proof of signature and was signed for at there registered address. They are still refusing to give me a refund so now I will have to get in touch with my credit card company to get a refund. AVOID CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE.

Amazing Experience!!

I have ordered several times from Diya Online. I have purchased lehangas to dresses to suits to jewellery to footwear. I always receive compliments on them all. Love the fact that they have clothes available in various sizes and the size guide is also easy to follow. I have always received my outfits within 1-2 days and the fitting has been perfect. Can't recommend them enough to friends and family! I'll be going back to purchase more.

Terrible Service And Quality

Terrible quality product. I put it on and someone noticed it had a rip by the zip. I was leaving the house so had to wear it like that which was embarrassing enough. Why don’t they check their product before posting it out?

I then emailed them to explain I would be returning with the tag removed as faulty product and they replied to say they do not supply refunds without the tag.

I emailed back to say this was unsatisfactory but received no further reply from them.

Do not trust or buy from this company. Terrible service and quality.

Would 100% Recommend This Company!

I ordered 2 outfits last night (one for me and one for my mum) and was so surprised at how decently priced the outfits were, to the point where I was hesitant wondering if they will be good quality. I received the outfits today which was super quick. Surprisingly, next day delivery actually meant next day delivery (I usually choose this option and then get told the company has a cut off time for next day)

The outfits are very good quality and I love love love the style, it's so simple yet so effective. I used the size guide and ordered XXS as this was a UK size 6, I would say it is pretty spot on although maybe a tad too big.My mums outfit fits perfectly.

As I mentioned, the price is so decent and I am really happy that I have found a place I can order from where I will not be paying extortionate prices and the quality will be good.

I have already recommended Diya Online to my family and I am hoping to buy from here again very soon.

Very Unorganised And Cannot Give Status Of Order

I have ordered about 6 dresses from Diya online. I also chose next day delivery. However, a little disappointed as the item has not arrived and its the third day. I was told that I may receive it next day. The quality of the dresses are good 8/10. I have ordered from them before and ordered 2 dresses of both xs. 1 fitted me well but the other could not even pass my shoulders. Diya Online isn't exactly as organised as you would think they should.

Appalling Fraudulent Service

I recently spent £240 with diya they messed up my order I've been communicating with a useless shoddy Customer Service. Sent me wrong order item didn't give me refund and item is missing from the parcel and they refused to listen didn't give me any confirmation of my order once took my money also the account doesn't let you see your order history like h&m etc do. No wonder so when they want to keep your money or send you wrong goods they can and you don't have any evidence of what you ordered to challenge them with ! Be careful handing over your money to these people ...

I Ordered An Item And Paid Via Paypal.. Having Rec

I ordered an item and paid via paypal.. Having received an email receipt from paypal confirming payment completed and nothing from Diya regarding the order i called them up as paid for next day delivery. Once called the first man i spoke to couldnt find my order then after 10 mins on a very bad telephone line he found it and said my payment has declined! I immediately spoke to Paypal and was confirmed my payment has been completed and funds have hit Diya paypal account. Diya can call to confirm this. I called Diya back and advised of this but ABBAS ALI (a very jumped up little idiot) declined to help me in ANYWAY AT ALL! His words 'your payment has declined we can see on our system so why will i waste my time calling paypal to check something i already know'!!! I demanded to speak to a supervisor to which he replied he is the main n most superior supervisor.. Only when I mentioned trading standards he then passed call to someone who took all the details of the transaction from paypal and said he will deal with it asap as i need my order for tomorrow. I called back at 5pm and he had not done ANYTHING!!!! It was a matter of one simple free phonecall to paypal but no-one had the common sense to even try and help.. Absolutely rubbish customer service.. Disgusting attitude.. I am lucky as i paid paypal so will definitely get my refund ... DEFINITELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH.. Will continue shopping with Rupali from now on!
