I was one of them. For a very short time. Until they tricked me.

Via an advertisement, you get info about a part-time job. You will receive a link (MyTheresa link) where you learn to do tasks (38) per day. For an explanation, you are contacted by a trainer, via WhatsApp.

Sometimes you have to deposit money that (they say) you get back immediately. Which is a lie. They try to get you to deposit more and more (for packages which earn you a higher deposit...) and when you finally cannot pay the packages anymore, you lose ALL the deposited money. No way to get it back. Need screenshots? I have all the WhatsApp conversations downloaded. Including the phone numbers.

The "trainers" promise to help you immediately but won't do this. With fake excuses. And keep trying to let you deposit more, and then mention you will lose all the money you already deposited. Well, I lost 1.7K. Thank you! As I told you in the chat, I hope Karma will strike fast.

Everything goes via Cryptocurrency. Depositing and Withdrawing. No proof there to find.

MyTheresa, you are so wrong in this!

If you purchase something and it goes on further sale, forget about price adjustments. Unlike some other US online shops with excellent customer service, they will not give you a price adjustment. Also with a hefty 69 Euro international shipping charge, I would say skip this site.

I recently ordered an awesome pair of pumps from mytheresa.com but they were too big! I called Customer Care who were very helpful and understanding. I exchanged them for a smaller size which I got within a few days! I loved the fact that the delivery was so quick (only 2 days) and that I can shop in US dollars. The VAT’s already included so I didn’t have that hassle of customs charges when my package arrived. Which is great! It’s the first time I ordered from them and I was a little sceptical but everything went smoothly. They have a cool edit of top brands and some exclusive items so I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
