Havent Recieved Anything In Nearly 2 Years!!!

Yep!, its been too long now? not sure what happened "back in the day", but I don't recall getting anything (either, the items I ordered or a refund) I ordered 2 laser pens for astronomy. When I complained at the 3 month and 5 month stage that nothing had been received, they mentioned they would "increase their efficiency" but no sign of anything, moneys gone a long time ago, no items received in nearly 2 years. Have a nice day.

No Item, No Refund

Ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock and paid for express shipping - the order was out of stock and I have repeatedly requested my money back. They tried to offer something else but I again requested my money back. They said they would send the money back and never did. Little do they know I am not going away and will sue them if I have to as I am well connected in Shenzhen. They had no trouble debiting my account but seem to have trouble returning my money. These people are crooks, fraudsters and liars. The picture of the customer service person looks to be American, but the company is in China and they hardly speak english which is obvious in their written communication. Stay away from this company at all costs. I will be spreading the word until I get my money back.

I had some trouble at first, but they went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and to get me the item i wanted overall gud experience their customer service is great . didn't like the fact it so long to deliver, but that is expected since it was a long distance delivery

Dailyshop.com is the greatest site I have ever used. I just received my change item. This time, the size fits well. It is amazing! And I wanted to change it for a bigger size; the customer service helped me a lot about how to have an exchange. The shopping experience in dailyshop was great! I am still in communication with this company. Their replies are in broken English and they are trying to insist I have a credit note from them rather than refund for a garment they were out of stock in (after suggesting twice I choose something else). I have been very definite in 4 emails that only a refund will suffice. Do not use this company I cannot rate their customer service low enough and they will do their best to not abide by their side of the sales contract. I just wish I'd taken heed of other reviewers the majority of which have had dreadful experiences with them.

What Batteries?????

I ordered 4 X Ultrafire 18650 re-chargeables. I received an invoice but an otherwise empty shipping package. Will never use this site again. $17 Aust for an empty package.

Good Site

Although the delivery is little slow, it did arrived. For the common shipping way which is free, it will take more time. But, it doesn't matter. If you did not get your purchased itemes, they will resend to you or refund you. So,to me it is nice experience!

Ordered (2) items first part of August.no items as of 09/05/12. Sent message 08/27/12 and return message said item had been shipped.They should know you can go to HELL for lying as well as stealing!!

Would not do business with again.......

Hoping To Get My Package...
