I would never deal with this firm again. Customer service does not exist, Emails ignored, cancellation ignored. Bought two bags from them as gifts and had no idea if they would arrive after I tried to cancel the order. The bags arrived and they do look ok. Just little crossover ones but I half expect they will not live up to the description - that mobiles can be used while still in the bag and viewed through transparent outer part. Very worrying transaction and wondered if it was a sham.

The shoes looked great in the photo but when they arrived I was totally shocked by the quality. In addition the fit is very poor. A wide fit shoe was ordered but this was far from the reality. Customer service is non existent and I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Clovese to buy elsewhere.

I purchased a pair of what I believed to be a pair of well made sport slide orthopaedic sandals from CLOVESE. The full price was stated as being £79.99 but a special price of £29.95 plus £3.99 P&P was offered following a 70% discount. They looked good in the advertisement but when they arrived I was shocked at how flimsy they were but inspite of this I tried them on . Oh my goodness they were uncomfortable, did not fit properly and were very slippy to walk on. A total disaster. I immediately emailed the Customer Service Support as directed, ( their return policy states they will get back to you as soon as possible and try to do this within 24 hours. I first contacted them on Wednesday 29th June , by Friday I heard nothing, so emailed them again on Friday 31st June and again on Sunday 1st July . I have still heard nothing. NOT A SINGLE WORD.

All I want is their acknowledgment and most importantly a RETURN ADDRESS.

I would advise people to avoid getting involved with this company . I personally don’t rate the goods I bought, I can’t comment on their other products but worse is their non existent customer service support. Ridiculous
