Very disappointed that Eurotiles Guildford did not inform me on placing my order for tiles that they are non-returnable. It only says this on the receipt which you are obviously only given after paying. Despite being the only customer in their store, I was was left to browse on my own without any offer of assistance. I made my selection and placed an order. At this point, they should have said that the tiles I had selected could not be returned. But they said nothing. The tiling has been completed and looks lovely and, of course there are left over tiles, 14 sheets of mosaic to be exact, still sealed in their original packaging and worth £383.15, which they have refused to take back. Had I been informed of this policy at the time of placing my order I would have accepted it. But this didn't happen. And so, I will never buy from them again.
