If you want to deal with a company that won't unsubscribe you then here they are

I assume that this company has to be a sham. They took our money (a small charity) and never delivered the items. When I phoned them to chase (incurring large phone bills), there's always an excuse or a delay - they say the items are on their way, and refuse to give a refund. I have reported them to Trading Standards and I suggest everyone else does the same. They should be shut down.

Ordered goods in July 2016 told it would be 8 - 12 weeks nothing delivered finally spoke to customer services could not give any information they are looking into it,

can i speak to a manager no not available, can i speak to finance no,as other reviews out of time with credit card and paypal, email all there emails no response.

It is now 14 Feb no further to goods or money back. I have just looked on maps at the address on there site no sign of them in romford.we are a charity and loosing this sort of money hurts. I hope they all sleep sound in there beds Knowing they have robbed a charity

I have placed an order with this company and have never recieved my goods. They have hundreds of pounds of our money and there seems to be no recourse. I don't understand how a company like this does not get shut down.

I placed an order on 19FEB2015, they said it would take 6-8 weeks. They finally took £36.97 on 24FEB2016, saying goods would be with me in 7-10 days. I've received nothing, they do not reply to emails, so I've complained to VISA and Paypal, now awaiting their replies. Don't this comany.

This company have been sending me spam emails for over 2 years, I have written to them and clicked on their ridiculous unsubscribe button at least 5 times and I still get spam on a regular basis, if this is how they run their business, avoid them at all costs.

I ordered on 12th of December 2013. I haven't got the delivery. Strongly no recommended.

From experience I can only echo exactly what everyone else has said about this company. What might be interesting to others however is the fact that I complained to Havering Trading Standards, who wouldn't confirm that they had received other complaints (Data Protection Act - usual excuse) but did say they had visited the address and the company was no longer there and therefore couldn't help further. I then complained successfully to my Credit Card company even though the amount was only £19 odd and they helpfully reversed the debit and I got my money back.

They took my money with the standard "few days" delivery. When my goods didn't arrive it became "backorder" 4-6 weeks. When that didn't happen it became ANOTHER 4-6 weeks. When I requested a refund all I get is "being processed". and it goes on and on. The cunning bit is that the value is below what credit card companies will guarantee and the delaying tactics make any follow up from Paypal void. AVOID like the plague!

I can't agree more with other victims of this site ! Even the Post Office can't find their postal address. Big companies or bulk buyers *might* stand a chance of getting what they order out of this company but individuals are taking a big gamble placing an order with them. They also seem to trade as SDL Supplies and Security Direct and I'm sure there are others besides - if you come across a site that has a style similar to any of these sites DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Surely some organisation out there can do something about these tea leafs?
