Amazing New Heating System
We have just had the all new BIG Magic Box system installed into our home. This has blown me away with how clever the technology is and how the system works using the thermodynamic system to heat our homes hot water. We have a single black panel outside our home and a nice new cylinder inside. This is then converting the outside temperature, be it hot or cold, into real heat for my home. I have only just had the system installed, but the service we have received from Magic Box so far has been second to none and I would recommend the new Big Magic Box to anybody.
Hi I have a new friend, Hydrogard Legal Services who has just got me a full refund against the sale of one of these "Magic" boxes. I should have been sceptical but it all sounded so plausible a "Little Magic Box" that can save me up to 80% on my water heating bills.
If you have purchased one of these, then you might want to call Hydrogard Legal Services, they helped me, maybe they can help you.
I live in east Yorkshire and have a leak on one of the pipes leading into the box.i am having difficulty getting anyone to repair it as it unfamiliar territory for plumbers in my area.the company appears to have problems with a back up network.i have tried contacting the company but the line is either out of order or engaged.are you able to help?

Installing Little Magic Thermodynamic Boxs
After leaving the boiler industry I decided to install the upcoming British thermodynamic technology thermodynamics.
I got in touch with the magic thermodynamic box company and have been installing the systems to my customers for the past couple of years.
Great technology and would recommend to any one in the renewable and heating industry.

After purchasing a little magic box from one of their distributor's I decided to meet with representative of the magic box company and become a distributor my self. The support that they have given me has been excellent and I now have many happy customers. Thanks to the whole team for helping me build a successful business.
This must be a different magic box company. The one i know about from essex always avoids the answers if you have a problem with their system. They never have any technical knowledge or customer support

After visiting the Magic Thermodynamic Box company and seeing the products they manufacture I decided to start selling The Central Heating Management System to my customers.
I have just installed my first system which was straight forward to do due to the Globus components installation kit supplied with the package.

Small Box Great Product
Now that the solar market is as good as dead I needed a product we could sell that fulfilled some set criteria:

The magic box's little magic thermodynamic box fits the bill. I went down to their offices in Essex with one of my fitters and we're both impressed with what they showed us, the tech basically takes solar to the next level! Hot water day AND NIGHT all year! Makes for a simple sale with the team already fitting a handful of the boxes, great team to work with as they seem to really understand begat they are selling!
We asked for 3 magic boxes to Scott saving energy
They send housechoise to fix them but they don't use qualifier people

The hot water is not working, please can you confirm who I need to contact to help fix this problem, an electrician or plumber? Not used this system before.

We've had our box for 2 years now and been delighted. However it has stopped working. It switches on for about 5 mins increasing temp by w degrees then switches off. I've noticed the inlet pipe is childish but the outlet is red hot. I've checked the mesh filters they're okay. Any ideas?
I have had a magic thermodynamic box fitted since Jan 2014. It worked well up to September 2016 when it stopped working. For a year I have been trying to get the box up and running again properly with a series of visits from any number of engineers from the repair company all of whom until the last two visits have failed to sort it out. Each time a fault is logged it takes at least couple of weeks to get another visit and never any real follow up communication with the customer. On 22nd August the box was repaired and started working properly but on the 4th Sept it again stopped working. CAN ANYBODY ADVISE ME THE NAME OF A GOOD RELIABLE REPAIR FIRM WHO WILL DO A PROPER COMPLETE REPAIR?
