Their toilet seats are non returnable which is not clear when ordering. Says fits most toilets but we have 2 different ones and their adult child seat fits neither. They are refusing to refund. We will try calling everyday to try and get our money back. At 23.50 not cheap for a rubbish toilet seat that is unfit for purpose. We could really do with our money back but it seems they do not care about selling unfit products to their customers. Stay clear of this company

I could have bought my Mira Logic shower parts a little cheaper elsewhere but I chose Plumbtap because they didn't add a massive surcharge to shipping costs because I have an AB post code, in fact they charged me nothing extra. Just the same price as the usual delivery companies charge anyway including the post office.

I think it's discriminatory when companies do this especially when it's not until the end of the checkout before you see it and it doesn't actually cost any more to deliver.

I purchased a couple of competitively priced electric water heaters from Plumb tap via Amazon. Excellent service, they were delivered well packaged the next day.

I needed a Salamander ESP 100 CPV pump to replace a pump that was over 4 years old. I needed it urgently since there was insufficient water pressure throughout the house with the exception of the kitchen sink. The urgency was further compounded by the arrival of a newly born baby. I found the exact pump at a very good price at Plumb Tap, who stated that an order placed before, I think it was 5:00pm, would definitely be delivered the next day. a UPS arrived at 10:30 the following morning with the new pump. Brilliant timing. Absolutely brilliant service!

Broke the above part whilst cleaning the shower and tried to patch it up with glue and tape, but to no avail. Looked online and gulped at the cost of the spare part on the Aqualisa website. Then found Plumbtap ... the part came within 24 hours, brilliantly packaged and some £25 cheaper than the retail price. Result. Thanks.

hank you so much. Ordered a replacement hose on Monday, and received the new one on Wednesday. Fantastic. It fits, does the job, and is the correct part for my shower. there were even replacement washers supplied if one size didn't fit properly. Nicely packaged and a leaflet enclosed with PROPER WORDING, not just pictures to try and fathom out.
