Misleading web site showing tickets in a sishonest way. No way to cancel the order even before ticket delivery. Rude CS. Tickets sold were not together (2 tickets). Horrible overall experience. Would never use this site again

I've purchased tickets for a game, i didn't received and i open 2 tickets and no result , no call, no answer.

I used 1boxoffice to buy tickets to watch the Gucci show for 2017 fashion week. I was a bit nervous due to the amount paid but with the help of 1boxoffice team from the moment i reached out to them up until after the show i was in full contact with my personal assistant provided by 1boxoffice. They even helped me enter other designers official after party which was absolutely amazing!

I have already booked my Grammy award tickets with them and i cant wait!! Thank you to the person I dealt with for all the help and i look forward to our future events together.

This company is inept and most importantly unaccountable. They outsource their staff to people who try to pay their way into events at the last minute. This company will take your money and be completely unaccountable for anything that happens thereafter.

Ive used www.1boxoffice.com a few times now, they're well known in Dubai as I've bought Abu Dhabi F1 Tickets last year from them. Being in London for a weekend I decided to treat myself to a chelsea game. I searched few websites and i found 1boxoffice to be the cheapest and they are very reliable.

Having used other websites in the past and being let down my friend suggested i use 1boxoffice he had bought tickets from them in the past and recommended them to me. I could not believe my luck as I was given a free upgrade and the location of my seats was absolutely fantastic. 1Boxoffice had given me seats soo close to mourinho it felt as if I was on the coaching bench with the team. I've been to a few games before and have always been let down with the seat locations, but having been given these tickets for a a London Darby (against arsenal) was a dream come true . I have already booked my tickets to go see chelsea v tottenham from 1boxoffice and I cant wait!!!! come on chelsea!!!!

My girlfriend surprised me with Man utd tickets and I was pleasantly surprised with the seats location.... being 2 rows behind VAN GAAL!!!!! an amazing experience could not believe my luck. Will definitely be using this website again.
