Overall an absolutely terrible experience. Bought 2 tickets however on the day of the match 1 ticket had been double sold and already used. Still hadn't received tickets right up until 2 hours before kick off.

I bought 3 tickets for Liverpool West Ham match this week. All emails and communication all in good time and all the information I needed to collect the tickets.

I thought they were in the Anfield Road end but we were given tickets for the Kop

Totally amazing and worth every penny.

The only irritating thing is the amount of the add ons to the price you see when you first scroll down the list of available tickets.

This is the third time I have used them and will save up to do so again .

I ordered Liverpool v Man Utd tickets in September for jan 19 th today I was a bit worried about it I paid over the odds but tickets arrived on time and with great seats thanks for delivering my husband the best day of his life I would definetly use this site again and highly recommend to any one

I went to visit an Arsenal match from the Netherlands. I was worried my tickets wouldn't be here in time, but they advised me to give my hotel as delivery option. I arrived at my hotel the day before the match against the Wolves and my tickets were there waiting for me. The professional advise was really useful. The only thing I didn't like was that my team wasn't able to keep the three points at home :(

Bought tickets to Leicester vs Watford to my boyfriend for Christmas and it was a great success! The customer service was amazing - they could answer any questions I had and made me feel really calm as I was a bit nervous to buy football tickets online. The tickets was sent to my email one week before the game and I was refunded the p&p the second I mentioned this to the cc team. The seats we had were fantastic - my boyfriend couldn’t be happier!! I bought two tickets for the Liverpool VS Swansea game and was turned away due to having COUNTERFEIT TICKETS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I am currently through the fraud department to get a full refund on this! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough!

Did not deliver tickets!!! Did not refund!!! No apology!!! Told me it was my problem!!! Made up fake names at the contact centre!! Never called me back!!! Rude!! Incompetent!! I bought tickets to Chelsea Vs Everton last night at Stamford Bridge using the before selection: Behind Goal seats together; Row: Impaired row

Now I was under the impression that we should be seated behind the goal... But apparently not! We were seated in the last row on the furthest point away from a corner flag, with visibility of 50% of the pitch. We would not have purchased these tickets if that was the case because we would have actually liked to see the game. We were given the worst seats possible and absolutely no correspondence or inclination that those were the seats we were purchasing.

Adding to this, prior to sale the communication was great and very helpful, post sale I did not hear anything for several hours even with 4 follow up emails, then had to make several calls to try and organise ticket collection. But considering you are charging £60 for processing/delivery I would expect a much smoother and informed process.

I ordered a ticket for Sporting CP v Barcelona as Barcelona had let me down over providing a members' ticket to me. I have used this site before (in 2011 and 2012) and had no problems receiving the tickets - though they had been hideously expensive.

The ticket was delivered to my hotel on the morning of the game (in a scruffily handwritten envelope) but it was there.

I searched for my entrance into the main stand without luck. Eventually, I found my turnstile behind the goal and when I took the seat detailed on the ticket, it was behind a mesh curtain.

I complained that the seat was not in the stand I'd paid for and that, as a result, I had ended up with a terrible view. They asked for a photo of the ticket. I sent this and a photo of the view I had and said that they owed me the difference between the ticket I'd paid for and the cost of this cheaper one.

They're not interested and have ignored 4 emails. It's cost them a customer.
