Horrible Experience
Purchased tickets on line to separate Knicks and Cavs games in November last year. Not until we arrived in the U.S. did we to realise the seats were more than 3 times the price we could have paid at the gate. At no stage of the booking process was it made clear we were dealing with a re seller and consequently being charged outrageously inflated prices. That said,I accept that buyer beware applies and so you live and learn. What I cannot accept is the following. After Ticket Network failed to send us the Cavs tickets, we were left with no option than to buy additional tickets at significant cost at Quicken Loans 30 minutes before tip off.
We had travelled from Australia so we weren't about to turn around and go home without seeing the game. After weeks of e-mails and phone calls to Ticketmaster Customer service, we were advised no refund was forthcoming. As far as Ticketmaster was concerned, they had sent us the electronic advice containing our ticket information and nothing could be done. Despite our assurances that this advice never arrived, our refund requests were repeatedly rejected. Totally unfair and equally unscrupulous. Shameful behaviour.

Allowed The Seller To Sell Tickets To More Than One Person
TOPTICKETS is the seller and was allowed to sell me tickets through Ticket Network. I instantly noticed these were not the tickets that i wanted and called Ticket Network. They informed me that all sales are final and TOPTICKETS wouldn't allow a refund and advised me to dispute through my credit card company. Well i did as Ticket Network advised and the dispute got rejected and I was still the owner of the tickets i paid for. No big deal or so i thought. We attended that show but after seated other's came saying they were sold the exact same ticket. I then receive a email after the show and he asked me why did i attend a show and ruin two families night when he assumed i wouldn't attend a show i paid over three times the value of the ticket for? 200% guarantee? Not for me for being harassed and questioned about my seats. TOPTICKETS, Ticket Network do not guarantee a pleasant experience. Beware when dealing with any of the listed in the review.

Sold A Ticket More Than 7 X The Face Value
I am incredibly disappointed having discovered that I purchased tickets on ticketnetwork about a month ago for any upcoming event which were being sold at more than 7 x the face value. The tickets are going today for $20 each (from the venue site itself) and I paid $154 each. I believe there should be more regulation of the sellers and I certainly realized my mistake of not going to the venue site first. I sure hope the show is spectacular!

Terrible. Do Not Do Business With Them. Bait And Switch.
Ticketnetwork.com sucks. The 200% "money back guarantee" is a complete joke. I recently bought two hard-to-get seats to the pit area for a rock festival in Bangor, ME. Roughly 18 hours later, I received an email from the underlying seller (ticketnetwork.com is just a conduit between underlying buyers and sellers, like Ebay) telling me that due to "inventory on the site not having been updated" the pit seats were not available. However, they were willing to offer me lawn seats instead, and because they felt so bad about the mistake they would give me those for $50 off each ticket. Great deal, right? No. Even with $50 off, the lawn seats were still priced above the rack rate, which I could easily get on Ticketmaster given that there were still tons of lawn seat available. Based on my reading of the terms of the "200% money back guarantee" which ticketnetwork.com touts on its site, I should have been compensated for twice the cost of my tickets since the seller had not been able to deliver the promised tickets. When I called ticketnetwork.com, however, they said that they would not honor the guarantee. It is only honored in the event that a venue refuses entrance with tickets purchased on the site, and even in that case you have to get a personalized letter from the venue on official letterhead.
To make matters worse, it became clear in retrospect that the bait-and-switch the underlying seller had tried to bamboozle me with was planned from the outset. Despite telling me that they actually did not have any pit seats available, the seller continued to keep the pit seats listed on ticketnetwork.com, no doubt hoping to perform their scheme on some other unsuspecting buyer.
I would advise everybody to steer clear of ticketnetwork.com. Instead, go with the resale seats from ticketmaster.com. Not only can you be sure that ticketmaster's resale seats are legit (as I did in this case...fortunately a day after getting screwed by ticketnetwork.com I was able to find two pit seat on ticketmaster.com), their service fee was only about half of what ticketnetwork was going to charge me (ticketnetwork charged a $25 service fee on a $99 ticket).

Don't Do It!!! Trust The Reviews!!! They Are Terrible!!!
Ordered tickets to a Red Sox game. Tickets we got are NOT as described. I called customer service as soon as I got them and explained this is not what the description said. They told me there is nothing they can do. I called on 4 different occasions trying to reason with them and was basically told too bad. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am now stuck with 2 ADA seats and we are not handicapped. I asked them how they can sell ADA seats that are not what was described and have a clear conscious knowing that they sold them to people that are not handicapped? They told us don't worry about it...they will give you a folding chair to sit in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? I even called the stadium and no one can help me change my seats so I will be sitting there (UGH). I can't have a clear conscious knowing I am sitting in ADA seating so I am bringing a sign to put on the back of our chairs stating that we got ripped off by Ticketnetwork and apologizing to everyone where we are not handicapped. These people are off their rockers. This is the first and the last time I will ever use them!!!!!!! I read the reviews before I ordered and wish I would have listened. Good lesson learned :-(

We used TicketNetwork to buy tickets to see Matilda The Musical on Broadway. It was very easy to navigate and purchase them online. We had a good selection and it was easy to find what we wanted.

Very helpful. when I need something they walked me step by step to get what I need. They were very nice and explain everything very well. It was helpful to know people care. Because people put a lot of there hard earn money in to buying a ticket when they feel something is off its great to know people are listing. The fee was a little to much. With a all standing show I could have of got a less price ticket but I was not sure.

Incredible Fast Service And Great Prices
I used TicketNetwork for the first time a few days ago and was very impressed with the ease of the ordering process and with the incredible service that was provided. I ordered tickets to a performance at 6:15 pm Eastern time on the internet. The tickets had to be sent from New York to Albuquerque, New Mexico for a performance the following evening. I was quite skeptical that I would receive the tickets in time, but they offer a 125% guarantee, so I thought I would give it a try. By 9:15 am Mountain time the following morning, the tickets were in my hands, a total of 17 hours from order to receipt across country and the delivery charge was quite reasonable. Incredible! Also, I paid less than half the price of purchasing the tickets from the box office. I will definitely use TicketNetwork again and recommend them highly. Thanks, TicketNetwork!
