Another victim of someone with a clearcash account - and they did nothing at all about it when i contacted them, refused to suspend the account - absolutely appalling.

I was the victim of fraud by a clearcash user - I contacted clearcash who had the chance to freeze the account . They were not remotely interested despite an exchange of e mails and some phone calls. Completely useless.

When my wife had a problem with her card the assistance she received from the support team was excellent guiding her through the process step by step - nothing too much trouble - so refreshing these days from a financial services company - thank you

Wow! just been recomended this by a friend of mine... they have been using it for a while and he just told me they can generate the account details straight away! I have applied and got them! super!! hope the good things continue with them - they look like the highest rated prepaid card in the UK

Uber good! I took this account for the credit building option. After 6 months I can see it is being registered and making a difference. Found them on Moneysupermarket and they should be listed higher! All the others seem really basic imo. I've recommended this to loads of my friends and I think St have taken it. My only moan is the 10p a minute call charge..... Otherwise I'm a happy girly!

As the title says... a life saver. There isn't really much difference in this compared to my old bank account however, this is far more user friendly. Knowing that my fees are capped at £9.95 per month, it is far cheaper than a mis-managed bank account which could incur more. I am also using the credit building tool and it is working!

I entered an IVA about a year a go and my debt advisor gave me a list of free accounts. I struggled to keep to a budget and with creditors on the phone all the time, needed a facility that would assist with me managing my money better. My advisor mentioned that there are alternatives and after a bit of research came across ClearCash.

I saw that they were the highest ranking in terms of reviews plus found their website easy to navigate plus be honest about their modest fees... I took the plunge and 12 months on im still with them. These cards are not publicised enough and people who are vulnerable should understand that there are companies out there who are genuinely trying to help!

Also got informed the other day that I can now benefit from instant cash loading at the post office... brill!

I've used prepaid cards since 2010 and tried most including Think Money, Kalixa, Orange, Tuxedo and in short, they aren't great.

I must admit that I rarely sing praises about a product or service but I must share how I would recommend this service.

Initially when I had questions, I emailed in.... Received a reply within a day. I applied as although I thought the monthly fee was on the steep side, thought the purchase fee as well as lowest ATM fee made up for this.... And it did.

I've been using ClearCash for a while now and I've thrown all my other cards away. These guys know what they are doing and they always put the customer first.

If I was to criticise anything it would be the card design..... Bit out of date but rumour has it from their Facebook page that they are changing their whole image.... I look forward to it!

Been using ClearCash icount for 2 years now and wont even think about looking elsewhere. Fees clearly displayed and if I have ever had a problem, i use the online banking area to raise it - always quickly sorted. I would urge anyone (as i have several friends) to look no further - this is a great current account alternative that isnt publicized enough! There needs to be more companies in the UK like this one that has its customers best interests as its main importance
