I already wrote review about our tour with cosmos "the British Panorama" but I forgot to mention about the airport transfers if we buy an air tickets with this company. In our case this amenity was not given to us just because we had a 2days post tour extension, for me this nonsense ,when I booked this tour with Affordable tours,I was informed by the agent that if we get post extension nights ,the airport transfer from our hotel to the airport will be forfeited, when we received the documents and booklet I immediately called cosmos tours office regarding the airport transfers, the agent who answered me said " cosmos will include airport transfer from our hotel to the airport even if we purchased our plane ticket with them, I had been using cosmos 4 times already but we did not have problem and we also tried other companies, our last trip was in October 2016 with another company , airport transfers even if we extended for 2 nights. I do not understand the reason why, had the affordable travel agent warned us that we don't get hotel to airport transfer we should have purchased our own plane tickets, like wise our post hotel accommodation. we paid per person per night for the hotel but what we got? we got a single room for single occupant room, a very tiny room which will accommodate only one person, we had no space to move around, it uncomfortable and safety wise it was a hazard.

Was booking for a hen party for 15 girls so was unsure of exact loactions we required, just had hot and relatively cheap as a criteria!

After discussions with the call centre agent who was very informative we decided on Algarve as this came best recommended. I was initially unsure on the price quoted, however the agent looked into it and called me back the following day with a better price for the group and more information on the apartments we wanted to book in Algarve.

The holiday was great right from check-in, with freindly air stewardess's and flight only took 2 hours. Rep met us at Faro airport who escourted us to the shuttle transfer and was bubbly and keen to make sure we'd had a good flight. We had to wait around 30 mins for the coach to fill, which wasnt ideal, although once on the road it only took about 45 mins to transfer.

Hotel was located up a hill so not ideal for less mobile, but perfectly located for easy access to the resort centre of Albufeira Old Town.

Didn't see the rep for the rest of the holiday, which some other holiday makers were complaining about, but we were given a 24 hour number to call if we needed them so it didnt bother us as didnt want to spend time in a rep-meeting.

The return transfer arrived on time, but upon arrival at the airport we have to wait an extra hour as the return flight was delayed.

All in all, a fun holiday with good service and would recommend booking with cosmos for hen parties as they defo knew where to advise.

i booked a holiday with cosmos holidays for £179 all inclusive in greece. after i had brought the holiday insurance and booked everything i needed and paid for the holiday i recieved a call from them saying that the holiday price had been incorrect and that my options are either paying £1000 more to go on this holiday or canceling my booking and recieveing my refund upto 10 days later. i was so angry but had to accept the refund even though everything about the situation was wrong because its faulse advertiseing. NEVER BOOK WITH COSMOS THE SITE SHOULD SAY BOOK AT OWN RISK!!!!!!
