I suggest that anyone interested in purchasing tickets from them to reconsider and buy from legitimate outlet. Numerous complaints from other consumers on several web sites.

I ordered 6 Tickets to see Wicked @ the Gershwin Theatre in New York. I brought the whole family out for X-mas and they all wanted to go. So rather than calling the Box Office, went online and Google brought this site up before any of the others, I liked their price so I ordered and got a confirmation for ORCH ROW K. >When I got the tickets they were Orch I which is other than my specification. When I called them up they said it was a "free upgrade" and covered in their contract. But when I demanded half of my money back based on the printed ticket price I was told we are not affiliated yadda yadda BS and that I was stuck for the amount I paid.

I ordered concert tickets in March, received confirmation via e-mail. A week prior to concert... I attempted to contact Tickets My Way numerous times by phone and e-mail. No response ! The estimated shipping date for the tickets changed daily, and the concert date arrived and guess what ??? No tickets and no communication w/ this outfit, and they have my money for now . I then ordered new tickets the day before the concert through Ticketmaster and had my tickets the same day !! I would advise people to stay away from Tickets My Way and use Ticketmaster or Stub Hub.

Told me to go on line and cancel my order. On-line advised me that I will pay a 45% service charge for cancelling an order for any reason. They charged my credit card immediately for ticket prices, "connection" fee and Fedex expenses - and are yet to ship any tickets!

I ordered 4 tickets for a James Taylor concert in February for a July 3 concert. I paid an extra $19 for 2nd day shipping through Fedex which were supposed to be delivered 2 days after purchase. Each time I went to their site it stated my tickets were scheduled to be delivered the following day. Here it is 1 week before the concert and I get a phone message today that my tickets are not available and to go back to their site and click on the Refund/Cancer Order icon. This sounded strange so I called them and someone finally took my call after 1/2 hour wait and the rep told me that in order to receive a refund that I had to go to the site and do what the original rep told me to do. I asked if there was a charge for this and he told me it would go under review. Review? What kind of review, you can't produce so refund me all my money. He told me that the original terms stated that there may be a charge for any cancellations. Anyhow, I went to the site requested a refund and then found the disclosures on their site. It states if there are any cancellations within two weeks of the event they have the right to charge you 45% of the original price and if there is a chargeback from the credit card company then they will charge us a $125 litigation fee and the 45% charge no longer stands, they want the entire 100%. How do they get away with this? To be charged $315 for tickets that they never produced then threaten the consumer with a 45% fee for cancelling an order they told me to cancel in order to get a refund.

This is an unbelievable. Tickets ordered in Feb for a June event...delivery promised in "late May? " Virtually no communication w/ customer. Efforts to obtain an earlier delivery date ignored. As the concert date approached, delivery dates changed daily. Final delivery date listed as a date in 1969.

Bought tickets to Raconteurs show @ the Hard Rock Hotel (Tried to order Tickets to MC Chris But a rep told me it was a small show and I'de save money getting the tickets at the Box Office) It was the best show I'de ever seen there Jack White was on fire!!! Met a nice girl 2 the show I've used these guys a couple of times...Once you figure your being charged express shipping and you don't get your tickets until a few days before the show it's all smooth sailing I called and spoke to someone who apologized and was kind of direct in telling me that since the tickets were "technically De3livered within the 2 day period advertised I couldn't get my 19.00 for shipping back.. Oh well beats standing in line..
