Worst customer service ever!

I bought a pair of trainers online and needed to exchange them. So I returned it via their Hermes service. It took 2 weeks for it to be delivered back to Kurt Geiger. When it was finally received I then got an email saying it will take another 7-10 days to process!

Having called their customer services, emailed them and highlighted my concerns, they are clueless and couldn't care less about your return and just quote policy.

I am still waiting for my replacement and have no idea when I will get it.

Would not recommend buying anything from Kurt Geiger because if you have a problem, they won't solve it quickly. Very poor service.

Visited Rackhams in Alterincham recently and was surprised by the curtesy shown to me by your staff, as the lady who pandered to myself and my friend. After an approximately an hour we left with smiles on our faces and maybe too many pairs of shoes. Well done to yourselves and your staff.

I recently purchased a pair of Kurt Geigher boots, I have had lots of comments and they are very comfortable to wear. The leather is lovely quality and I am sure I will get many years out of these boots.

I ordered a pair of casual, glittery gold wedge sandals online at a discount. They look fine and for the price I wasn't expecting anything too fancy. They are Miss KG.

The inner is faux leather, and the outer is a glittery textile. While they look ok and I can walk in them just fine, it took a short walk to the post office for me to realize the materials and structure are very poorly thought out, and actually these shoes are unwearable.

The sandal has laces along the front, with the folded over type of eyelet holder, so the glittery textile is folded over and rubs against the top of my feet. This material is very stiff, almost like if you covered cotton with glue and glitter, and let it dry. The glittery bits are very sharp and scratchy. Since they are folded over to the inside, the top of my feet get the harsh, scratchy surface rubbing against them.

The sharp, glittery textile should have been lined, as it should not be in direct contact with skin. Because it's not leather and it's got the sharp glittery bits, there is no way to break this material in. They will simply always have a sharp, scratchy surface rubbing against the top of the foot.

I've got 3 scabs on my feet now, where the lace holding glitter material rubbed tightly against the top of my feet. There's nothing that can be done to remedy this without adding a proper lining to the shoe. And of course they can't be returned since I've taken a short walk out in them.

Not appropriate materials for human skin.

I would like to make a complaint about a pair of shoes I bought a month ago, as I have slipped over 5 time on dry pavements and almost fallen over several more. Today, I slipped on the street and hit my head and have scuffed my hand and side. If I had hit my head any harder, I would have sued you, as these shoes should not have been approved for sale especially from a brand like yours.

I can’t understand how a pair of shoes could do this. I could have slipped over in the road too!

I will be taking the shoes back to House of Fraser this weekend and would like a response back as I’m so angry. Surprisingly, there are a lot of bad reviews.

I went to the Kurt Geiger store in touchwood Solihull and the minute I walked in I had my eye on a pair of heeled ugh boot and they were stunning. I was approached by a friendly sales woman and she is the reason I ended up buying those shoes she wasn't like the usual retailers who just smile and wave it was like I had a shopping buddy!! She was absolutely amazing she got the shoes for me straight away and when I tried them on I fell in love with them! She made my experience at Kurt Geiger unforgettable!! Her name was Jodie and she is by far the best staff member I've ever met!!

WORST shoe ever. Poorly made, cannot wear them they are so steep i'd break my ankles. I wear high heels all the time  They don't allow you to return them!!!

Bought a pair of Ann Klein sandals which I fell in love with on the spot. Soooo comfortable and pretty.

Wore them a few times and the diamanté trim started to come off.took them back to House of Fraser and they ordered another pair for me. When they arrived, the diamantes were missing at the toe end of the strap. I was so disappointed because I find it hard to get comfortable shoes. The assistant told me that they had had 2 pairs of identical sandals returned that week because the strap had broken. Gave up and asked for a refund. 70 pounds for rubbish !!

So disappointed with Kurt Geiger, as they ONLY aim to sale/get rid of their shoes other than giving right advice to customer!!

Kurt Geiger Newcastle upon Tyne-Eldon Square branch; they lie, mislead customers, and have no idea about the shoe materials. Strongly NOT recommended.

Bought these at Dubai Mall, around $200.00 AUD and only got to wear them once to find the strap has broken in 2 places and started to tear in a 3rd, wrote to the company and was told that it was my fault that it broke. this is a company that can't stand behind the product they sell.
