Nicks Warehouse, Belfast

Greatly disappointed with the meal we had at Nicks Warehouse , my husbands steak was served to us on a dirty plate. We pointed this out and they just cleaned the edge and brought it back! I thought a fresh plate would have been better! We were made to feel as if our comments were unecessary. No reflection of this was offered in the bill or so much as an offer of a free coffee!

If you request the Skate Wings be prepared to get only one. I was disappointed to see one - only half a fish.

The food quality was okay, but I believe very over-priced.

The atmosphere was fantastic at Nicks Warehouse, the food was wonderful and the wine was superb. Excellent, well worth the money. Nothing bad to say.

Great atmosphere. Need to book at weekends. Upstairs better the downstairs.

Disappointing - booked Nick's because we never had a bad meal in it......until now!

Very limited menu - it was really difficult to find anything that we wanted to eat, discussed leaving at that stage and wish we had. The starters were OK, but the mains were very poor. A nice piece of hake ruined by artichoke & fennel & too much oil. Medium steak was very undercooked. Vegetable side had more in common with weeds from the verge.

All in all not what we expected
