Worst Insurance Company Ever Dealt With
Very disgusting and annoying experience.
I filed a claim for my iphone 6 whose screen was broken and after providing the required documents for atleast 5-6 times through mails and couriers ,the customer care executives had the same old reply ,that we haven't recieved your complete documents. When i told them that i even had the acknowledgement reciepts of the couriers which proves that the documents have been recieved in your office,they simply said that they don't have any such information. Finally they rejected my claim after a month or so.

Dodgy Replacements
I'm absolutely speechless. My phone was stolen so I claimed on my insurance. They sent me in hoops to provide evidence of my purchase even though EE confirmed the make and model to them directly. I paid £50 excess. All the replacements I have received x3 are faulty and not in my colour choice(like for like) so now I realise the phones are not new. I'm not happy and the company don't care.

Unbelivable Lies From An Established Mobile Fone Insurance
called phone safe on Friday 29th august 2014, PUT THROUGH MY CALIM via phone call, to my surprise I was sent an email two days later asking for the exact information I spent 45 mins explaining on the phone to an advisor at my own cost. I filled out this form and proceed to call them to enquire why was I doing this again? I was asked for a £30 excess fee in which I was fine with paying...
THIS IS 2 weeks later and im still waiting on a delivery, had to ask a mate to stay in almost 1 week now waiting for this 'phantom mobile delivery'
BUT IT Doesn't END THERE....phoned AGAIN.... on 6TH September , WAS TOLD IT's ON SPECIAL DELIVERY LOOK OUT FOR IT SATURDAY OR Monday----nothing has been delivered , phone up again today 08/09/14 @ 41:45... was given a bogus tracking number for royal mail...... Im so fed-up .......don't ever use this insurance company , they have been taking money from my account 4 years now , and this is my first i have claimed, and the lies and incompetence of the staff is shocking disgusting.
BOTTOM LINE- YOUR FONE WILL NEVER ARRIVE, IT'S ALL A SHAM TO DEBIT CASH FROM YOUR ACCOUNT....

This company has being fined 10.5 million and the ombudsman wont allow them to take on any new customers. staff lay offs and more to follow. this company might not be around for much longer.not looking good for CCP

my iphone 4s fell out of my pocket when i was getting out of the car, made a claim with cpp got a telephone call this morning to say that my claim had been accepted and that they are sending out an special delivery so that i can send them the phone once they have recieved the phone they will then credit my account with the money for a new iphone i have to say what a great service i have recieved from them i was a bit worried about the claim after reading all the reviews but in all i must say i am very happy with CPP and would recommend them to anyone

What A Joke!!!
After speaker with an agent about a damaged phone i had and explaining i accidently dropped it when put on the side of my kitchen table i was shocked to be told that my claim wasnt being accepted as it was knocked over and the screen smashed. after being put onto a manager fro 30 mins who didnt have a clue about anything never mind how to speak to customers it was agreed i was indeed eligable and the claim accepted. on sending my h/s away after waiting 2 weeks for a prepaid envelope which should take 2 days it was then another 9 days till i received a refurbished h/s what looked worse than the 1 i had sent because mine could not be repaired. This to my astonishment disfuctioned after 3 days so was sent back . 1 week later another h/s arrived which was not the right h/s so was again sent back to only wait another 6 days for the h/s i have now to arrive. the speak is not working correctly on this 1 aswell since i have had it but im not willing to waste anymore time and effort talking to premium rate idiots

I have a galaxy note and dropped it without realising n it ended up getting run over :( all the screen was cracked so put a claim through my royalties gold account. Once I sent them the phone it came back within 5 days, which couldn't ask for better, it had a whole new shell and screen so was very happy. Once I started using the phone I realised the wifi no longer worked and it kept crashing so we sent the phone back t the phone clinic, it came back again with the wifi still not working, still kept crashing and a few other problems started happening. Very un happy it's now been sent back for the third time and I'm hoping its finally gunna be sorted

Found Them Very Good!
I dropped my iphone 4s in the toilet before xmas and they replaced it no bother. They were very quick to respond and it all ran very smoothly!All in all, I was very impressed with their service....I have now lost that iphone so we will see how good the service is this time round..so far so good though! :)

absolutely disgraceful service, frankly meteors associations with them puts them in doubt for me to. Be very careful with cpp, they have every angle coverered.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
