Boots No7 Stay Perfect Foundation

I've used No 7 since I was in my 20s and I love it. Different types and colours for different times of the year with differing coverage for when I want lighter or heavier. Brilliant! BUT, for the last 2 years I have had problems with the pumps. I've taken 3 back when they stop delivering foundation half way through, followed all of the instructions abut banging it and then pressing slowly and still having problems. Been told there is a new pump design now, so I just checked 3 "new" bottles in my drawer and every one seized up! For the first time in 20 years, I am seriously considering swapping to MandS, Change the pump or lose customers!

I have used No7 makeup for years. As others have said the makeup itself I would give 5 stars. Please sort the bottle out I am seriously thinking of changing brands. The pump bottle is awful , you never know how much you have left and when it stops pumping there is always plenty left in the bottle. Please change this soon.

I bought stay perfect foundation when it first came out, my colour was cool beige. I bought my 3rd bottle and noticed the colour had really changed, so I went to boots to get another skin test and they said I was calico our vanilla ivory which is far to light. I am annoyed that they have changed the colours and it doesn't go on the skin like it used too, it looks all patchy. I am going to change my foundation

I only recently started wearing foundation, possibly a year or so ago. Before i started wearing this one, i went through some pretty bad foundations, ones that would flake straight away off my skin etc. I got my skin matched to a foundation and the result was Calico. In the bottle it looks quite pale so I was a tad weary. When I put it on it spread evenly and with a dab of a sponge it looked just like my skin colour! The second bottle that i bought they must have changed something in it slightly because it made my face quite shiny but nothing a touch of powder couldn't fix! I go through it quite fast which is slightly annoying due to its price but I think it will be a long time until i change my foundation, which might not even happen!

I really like this foundation, I bought this for evening and the Essentially Natural for daytime.

My skin is pretty good, but everytime I have worn this I have had compliments about how good I look!! I love it

It is really easy to apply and lovely and smooth and I don't need powder. It gives my skin a lovely glow

Great in store service, found my perfect shade, soooo happy with it and price is fantastic

I tried the new foundation match service in-store about a week ago, where the assistant used a new "revolutionary" device which takes several photos of your skin to find the right match for your skin tone.

I think the foundation match worked for me, although I have read that some really pale skin tones didn't it worked for them, although it is a free service so I would say use your own judgement and ask for a sample to take away- everyone's skin type is different, you need to try it for yourself to see.

I ended up buying the stay perfect in warm ivory and it really is long lasting, I work part-time in a hot and sweaty restaurant doing 8hour shifts, and I found it stays put til the end! The liquid texture is really nice, and coverage is best with finger application

I decided to try this foundation after trying a couple of others with no luck. The first thing I liked about it was that I found the perfect shade for me. I have a very pale skin, and lots of foundations are don't have shades that are light enough for me.

It is very easy to aply. At first I used a foundation brush, but no I have started applying with my finger. That works great, and gives a better coverage. When I finish off with a finishing powder my skin looks really good, even if I have a lot of blemishes.

The only things I don't like about this foundation is that it usually comes of during the evening. If I'm going out in the evening, I have to apply it again. Also, it tend to come off while I'm training.

Other than that it's a very great foundation. Especially if you have a sensetive skin. Still, I don't think it can match mineral foundations.

Conclusion: A really good foundation, but nothing speciall. Covers good if you combine it with a finishing powder. Good for sensetive skin.

I bought this product just to try out something new, and although i loved how long it lasted but it also ended up making my skin break out.

This is the only foundation I have tried that feels light, non-greasy but at the same time non-drying. It blends well and covers a multitude of sins as well. I am 52 years old and have tried dozens upon dozens of foundations before. I can't believe I finally found one that suits my skin type so well. Hooray! Many thumbs up!!!!!
