Do They Have Any Stock?

I have tried to order a mattress 3 times now. They say they have stock, take your money and then email 2 days later to say they don't have it and cancel the order. They say they will refund them but I haven't seen anything yet. debenhams have 1200 pounds of my money and I'm hoping I will get it back!! Is this just a way Debenhams use to help their cash flow????

Still Waiting For My Delivery.

After days of waiting my tracking says still with sender.

No response from the emails I've sent no customer service. Just a robotic response on messager.

Very worrying. Just look at the reviews on all the review sites. Say the same. Avoid avoid avoid. Don't waste your money. They take your order never send the goods and you can't get a refund.. I think they are a sham so have no choice but to report them to the bank.

Run people this company do not care about service they just take your money

Terrible Customer Service

I am very disappointed, I considered this company competent and caring for the customer, and I was left without a gift and without the desire to help from the customer service. The order was placed almost 10 days ago, standard delivery should take place within 7 days, they divided the order into two parts, one arrived, the other more expensive did not. Information from the carrier has not changed for a week, what I heard was that I have to wait until the 27th and if I do not receive it, they will consider the package lost. So yes, thank you very much for the lack of a gift and money before Christmas. Last purchases, I do not recommend.

They Cancelled My Order Then Charged A Fee!

I ordered a Superser from their website. They immediately canceled my order, with a note that it was not in stock (not sure why have it available on the website) and then refunded me £2.99 less than I paid, as a return fee??

I did not return - they cancelled on me! Furthermore their fee is supposed to be £1.99.

That's a sly business move to be able to cancel someones order, and charge then a fee for the privilege!

Appalling Customer Service

Appalling customer service. I have been waiting 8 weeks for faulty table to be collected and either replaced or refunded and the issue is still not resolved. There is no telephone number to talk to anyone or instant messaging service and it can take 2 days or more for anyone to reply to an email.

Disgraceful

A terrible customer service department and basically taking from the customer. I've spent 2 weeks trying to return 1 item back to Debenhams. I've Been consistently lied to and fobbed off ... Do not use this company stick to John lewis as you'll have no problems returning with them .

Complaint Against Debenhams Department Store - Poor Return P

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Even Pretty. I purchased several items online through Debenhams, which included products from Even Pretty. When I needed to return some of these items, the problems began.

Even Pretty never sent the return label despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service. This left me stuck with items I didn't want and unable to get my money back. To make matters worse, when I reached out to Debenhams for help, they refused to take responsibility, stating that I had to deal directly with Even Pretty.

As a result, I ended up losing £400 because of their failure to provide proper customer support and a functional return process. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has shown a complete lack of accountability and care for customers.

I strongly recommend avoiding Even Pretty. Their poor customer service and unreliable return policy make shopping with them a risky and unpleasant experience. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Service And Am Still Waiting For Refund

Absolutely terrible experience placed an order on 3/5/2024 had to contact them as had not received my items only to be told they had sold out asked for refund only to say wait till we speak to our supplier even though sold out I have had no correspondence from them whatsoever and had to chase this all I keep being told is wait another 3 days while we speak to our supplier it’s now the 22/5 and I have been told yet again to wait till 28/5 what for I won’t be ordering from them again and am still waiting for a response to claiming my refund basically they have taken my money and not refunded avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere I only gave one star because I had to otherwise would of been nil

Always one or 2 items broken or bits missing

Contact customer service through messenger takes ages

They palm you off with rubbish

Never again

It's owned by boo hoo

Yet still using name so we think we will get good quality

It's not

It's all cheap rubbish

Always make you think your getting sale items

Yet they are more than what you'd pay elsewhere

This order was the last straw

I have learnt my lesson

Hopefully they will go bust

As they really are tricking us

Still Waiting For £500 Refund

I wouldn't order with Debenhams again, 18 days still waiting for someone to refund over £500, absolutely zero proactive communication since the items (2 dresses) were delivered back on 20th April.

And now on 8th May told i have to wait until 15th May for someone to even start looking at the refund request!!!!

Their refunds process is broken and costing them revenue from potentially loyal repeat customers.

They breach their Ts&Cs (which say will be processed 14 days after products returned) and then have the audacity to say the delay is because you haven't contacted them to tell them they haven't processed the refund on the day they said it would be processed!!

They also don't / won't create a complaint case and refuse to handle a y escalations.
