My Triumph Speed Triple 955i 955a Is A Great Bike!
My Triumph Speed Triple 955i 955A is a great bike! I have had it for 2 years now & I still love it. It's different, looks really appealing. The engine is a lot quieter mechanically than the earlier Hinkley Triples & a lot lighter as well. The finish seems really good. I'd recommend it to those who seek something that little bit different.

This Is The Second Triumph Speed Triple I've Had A
This is the second Triumph Speed Triple I've had and though I preferred the original ('94-'96) motor's sound this one's quicker, sharper, lighter and more flickable. The brakes are superb, with bite and power. The handling is fine, though if you're really going for it the sit-up position doesn't help keep your weight forward. Round town it makes lots of sense although the steering lock is a little limited. Build quality is light-years ahead of all the Suzooks I've had and better than some of the Honda's I've had. I initially found the seat hard and the tank dug into my thighs, but I wore into it fairly quickly. The motor pulls from lower than it has a right to and yet still has a power band that surprises to the rev limiter. It's a bug-eyed beaut too.
I get about 40-45mpg and it holds about 4 gallons - 160miles is usually when the fuel light comes on.
