Fly Deals T/a Kunapark, Are Similar To The Other O

Fly deals T/A Kunapark, are similar to the other operators who advertise a price, you book on that price, and then 24 hours later, they ring you and tell you "that fair is gone", but with an extra amount of money, they can book on the same flight!

It amazes me that I have experienced this with at least FOUR operators, and have written to ABTA and all THE USUAL AGENCIES, BUT NO ONE HAS stopped THIS ILLICIT PRACTICE! In THE 70'S WHEN YOU BOUGHT A HOUSE, IT USED TO BE CALLED "GAZUMPING", WELL it does not surprise me that I have again been stung by them, and they are now out of business.

I booked with Flydeals and they were great, cheapo cost and no probs, its really sad they have gone bust i feel sorry for the workers! and the people with no flights, at least they were abta bonded

Really Good Hotel. Exactly As It Said On The Webs

Really good hotel. Exactly as it said on the website. Hassle free transfers and all Flydeals paperwork received in plenty of time before we went. The area was lovely, the people fantastic and apart from everything being so expenive - not Flydeals fault - it all went off fantastically well. My friend and I are renowned for our adventures getting too and from holidays but on this ocassion, there were no stories to tell when we returned home. We will probably make some up though........... My advice would be to book the transfer, especially if you arrive late evening. Taxis are available but dearer than the transfer bus and it is all ready waiting outside for you when you arrive.

We have just returned from Albufeira after a short four day break and the whole thing was hassle free and well organised.

We booked transfers from the airport to our hotel and it was waiting for us even though the flight was over an hour late arriving.

We Bought Flights Online With Flydeals Paid Online

We bought flights online with Flydeals paid online got conformation. 8 hours Later they called us and said they the internet wasnt updated and we need to pay extra . Obvioulsy thats not our fault. We offered to pay but in a couple of days they said no they had already cancelled and not took our money,. they had and cancelled our flights without telling us so we had to wait 5 days for a refund off them, baring in mind the prices increase daily. Still waiting for a manager to contact me back that was 7 days ago. After all they were still advertising the same price flights for 6 days after they told us we couldnt have them they are false advertising, no customer service skills at all,. please beware ,

I Use Flydeals Regularly, As They Have Always Been

I use Flydeals regularly, as they have always been consistent with their service. If the customer services are busy, they always ring back in the timescales given. They were a great help when the XL situation occured, and did everything that they could to help with alternative booking and arrange for a refund. I will continue to use Flydeals for all my flights.

Very Helpful Staff And Supervisor Who Sorted Out M

Very helpful staff and supervisor who sorted out my booking the wrong dates straight away, again i had to pay to amend my dates and they did explain that it was not just them it was the airline plus the admin charges, all in all at the end of the day mistakes we all make and have to pay the price.

I Went To Their Website And Booked The Precise Dat

I went to their website and booked the precise dates and flights that I wanted to Faro. I paid with my credit card and they said they would send an email confirmation. The confirmation email came through a couple of minutes later but it was showing that I was flying one day earlier and returning one day earlier than I thought I had booked. I immediately sent them an email and they responded saying that I had not unchecked the box for +/- 1 day, so it may show a different day to the one chosen. Most websites make you select +/- 1 day or 7 days. I am now being charged £140 to change back to the date I had selected. They would not waive the charge or lower at all. Most unhelpful company that I would NEVER deal with again.

2nd Part To My Previous Review. Have Just Spoken T

2nd part to my previous review.

Have just spoken to the manager at Flydeals (after several attempts)! Was advised that there was no room (to book an extra night) at the hotel where I will be staying. And that I will have to check-out and stay at another hotel just for one night!! The worse thing about this is that he has not apologised once for the inconvenience, not to mention that I have to fork out extra because of mistake on their part. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with their services. When I asked for the person/address to file a complaint to, guess what he said "himself"! Is this worth it, I don't think so!!

I Booked A Holiday To Egypt Leaving Soon And Speci

I booked a holiday to Egypt leaving soon and specifically requested for 8 nights. When I finally received the payment receipt confirmation through the post I realised that the date coming back was not the date I requested. So I telephoned to reconfirm the returning date and was again reassured that I was coming back at 00;40 on the date requested.

But to my horror, when I received the tickets (2 weeks prior) to leaving it stated that I will return on the day after my requested date!!! I called and was advised to call another department and it just went on and on. Eventually when I got through to customer services all they said was that it was too late to change anything and that I should have queried this as soon as I received my receipt. In which I did and was assured that I would be coming back on my preferred date, but to no avail. And eventually I spoke to the manager (which wasn't worth it). All he said was put a complaint in writing but there's nothing they can do and said that it was not error on their part what-so-ever!!! Though it was basically error on their part as they have booked my hotel accommodation on the correct dates but not the flight!!

Now I am having to book and pay for another day at my hotel, but importantly of all, I will MISS my brothers wedding!! All thanks to FLYDEALS and their incompetent Staff!!

Oh and they double charged me on my card and it took numerous phone calls to justify and to get them to credit the amount back into my account!!! I will not recommend or use them to say the least!!
