The Worst Site Possible - Avoid At All Costs
Please read the wrong reviews, they are all true.
Avoid this site at any price.
I have bought 2 tickets for Foo Fighters show at Nîmes in 2020. The show was obviously postponed twice due to COVID and was finally cancelled in 2022 due to Taylor Hawkins death (RIP).
I logically asked for a reimbursement and they told me that the cancellation is due to a "force majeure" and cannot take the amount back to me and offer instead a voucher (for me, this case is not a force majeure like pandemic or climatic event, but anyway...)
At first, I said OK, I will buy a ticket for another show.
The problem is that sham site proposes now only show in Netherlands and matches of Ajax Amsterdam.
I live in the south of France and really don't care about Netherlands shows.
On their website they propose to help us find a ticket for any concert we want, within one day (lol)... So I contacted in order to get tickets for the Black Keys show at Nîmes in July and, after numerous messsages, not any one answer from their side.
I contacted them again in order to get a reimbursement for the Foo Fighters show, explaining that I will not buy a ticket for shows in Netherlands, and they sent me still the same automatic answer "Sorry but the cancellation is due to force majeure, we can only offer a voucher bla bla bla"
So please, AVOID AT ANY PRICE this website.
Moreover, the prices are the highest on the market.

Appaling Company. Avoid At All Costs.
I booked Four Tickets to Loro Parque in Tenerife at a cost of £136 via the onlineticketstore web site, Online Ticket store are also part of attraction world.
Unfortunately the Covid19 Outbreak has swepped accross the Globe and many Business have closed. Loro Parque is one such attraction that has shut it's doors to the Public with no sign of Re-Opening at this time.
Not a problem, I've paid for a service that can no longer be provided so I'm entitled to a refund under UK consumer legislation aren't I ?
No, not according to Online Ticket Store.
They seem to feel that they are exempt from all of the very clearly published legislation surronding such disputes and can just keep your money apparently.
They refuse to acknowledge E-mails and no longer seem to have a functioning customer telephone number. I've been trying to call and regularly E-mailing for two months now trying to get a response, but not even a holding E-mail to acknowledge the issue.
So, a company that are happy to take your money, fail to provide the service you've paid for and won't refund the monies you've paid them.
Avoid at all costs.

Not real!
They send you a million emails saying everything is ok. Than 1 Week before the concert, you get your personalized ticket! then days before the concert, they get "canceled".
Just hope that the refund is done! I have very low expectations!
Need to drive to Holand if I have to (not so far) and pay these guys a visit!

World football ticket Exchange is NOT A LEGITIMATE Webpage. Although it seems its secure and they give several contact numbers, they are experts in stealling you and dissapearing. They WONT contact you back when ever they have gane what they WANT.
STOP believing in this site and help me warn every one about them.
Scam!
Don't buy from these people. We bought Miley Cyrus tickets for the NIA in 2007. We paid over £400 for apparently front row seats for my daughter's birthday. We got an e-mail confirmatin. After reading bad reviews about this company I tried to ring them on several occasions for re-assurance but no-one ever answered. Some time later they rang me with a query on my debit card, when I asked why they never answered their phone I was told 'there had been a flood in the building' and was assured everything was in order. The number they rang me off wasn't the number on their website so I saved this number. Nearer the time of the concert, when the tickets still hadn't arrived I rang them again (on the number they had rang me on), this time someone did answer but just 'hello' - not like it was a company. I was told the tickets were being posted out that day. They never arrived. I phoned again and got the same response. A week before the concert I rang again and got an automated voice mail saying the company had gone into liquidation. I was given a number to ring and was told that due to the death of Michael Jackson and the company having paid out for tickets for his concert and having to refund their customers, they had gone bankrupt and that I would not be able to get my money back as the money used to pay for my Miley Cyrus tickets had been used to re-fund the Michael Jackson customers. Also because I used a debit card and not a credit card I couldn't make a claim. I am now surprised to see that this company seems to be up and running again. A similar thing happened to a friend who purchased Take That tickets from this company, she paid for them and they never arrived, nor did they answer their phones. I had to purchase Miley Cyrus tickets from The Ticket Factory in the end (just prior to the concert) hence the seating was limited (but the service was reliable - unline the the online ticket shop). My advice - steer well clear - they are con artists!

Tickets Not As Represented
Horrible customer service. Won't help you or seem to care if you have a complaint. Want to just pass the buck. Spent double face value on football tickets. They were not as represented on their website. Others seated in the section with me had a similar complaint, that the seats were not as represented. They do not care and will not take any steps to correct the problem for future customers. Once they have your order, they are done with you.
A Total Scam!
Never use this company. For an extortionate price we ordered tickets for the England/Belgium friendly. They phoned up two days before the match and said they could not give us the tickets we had paid for unless we paid a surplus of 80 Euros per ticket. When I refused to pay any more they promised a refund within six days which we have not as yet received.
Do not ever use them, they will let you down.

Never Use Online Ticket Express!
I booked 2 tickets for the French Open Men's semi-final 2012 at the start of March this year. As I was travelling from Australia, I was concerned that they had not arrived by mid-April. I called them at this time after I discovered their poor reviews on the net and they told me not to worry-the tickets would be e-mailed to me "in around 2 weeks". I made a follow-up call at the start of May, and I spoke to the same 2 people. They now told me that the tickets would be released in mid-May. After questioning them about the legitimacy of the tickets, they hung up on me. Now I was was very anxious, as I had booked flights from Australia to Paris and hotels, etc. I made other arrangements and got hold of 2 real tickets for the event. I contacted my credit card company who refunded the money to me, pending an investigation.
2 days before the event on 8/6/12, I was emailed 2 tickets. I originally paid 'Online ticket express' 1328 Euro for 2 tickets. However these tickets were 120 Euro each. The e-mail stated that our names were attached to the tickets. As I had acquired 2 alternative tickets for the event, I did not try to use these tickets. Perhaps they were real, though I could not take the risk. Travelling from Australia, I had explained my obvious anxiety to the 2 people from Online ticket express, though they obviously did not care when I received the 'tickets' 2 days before the event.
The Roland Garros official website warns fans not to use this company. I have found them to be aggressive on the phone and very unprofessional. Please DO NOT use ONLINE TICKET EXPRESS!!!

Coming from San Sebastián, I would naturally be a Real Sociedad fan. Every time I get the chance to watch one of their matches in our hometown, I never miss out. When I heard the next match was to be held in San Sebastián, I rushed to Online Ticket Express and bought tickets for the Real Sociedad vs. Racing match. I knew the local ticket sellers would be sold out by the time I got there.
My anxiety led me to call their customer service. When I demanded to know where my tickets were, they politely calmed me down and reassured me that they would arrive soon. Around a day before the match, they did.
Thanks Online Ticket Express for the great tickets. You have exceptional customer care guys. Despite my anxiety and aggressiveness, they were always polite.

I Bought 3 World Cup Tickets At £3000 Each,
I bought 3 World Cup Tickets at £3000 each, Total £9000!!!
Spent hundreds more on chasing around Berlin being told to go from one hotel to the next and eventually the phones went dead. I never got the tickets or the money back and would welcome a heads up to who runs this crooked venture! I know a number of people who would like to pay him/them a visit!!!!
