Take No Responsibility

Left my immaculate car with Park xpert booked through FHR. Took pictures from all angles when i left it, as i always do. On collection, despite only having 15 mins to exit the car park, i again took pictures from all angles. A day later i noticed damage on both front corners of the colour coded bumper. Checked my pics and sure enough, nothing when i left it, damaged on collection. All my pics are digitally dated and also have location tags I emailed FHR informing them of this issue. They replied and copied and pasted a section from their T&C's to say that the damage had to be reported on collection and that they would ask park xpert to investigate and attempted to indicate that they are not responsible and any issues will be dealt with by park xpert. Despite wriggling out of legal blame via their Terms and conditions, morally they are as guilty as the dodgy firms they promote. Use this company at your peril

Burglary

I booked on the 21 May at 11:10 .Manchester airport jet parks 3 Cancelled a few minutes later .They charged the entire amount no refund given .

Claiming it must be cancelled before 48 hrs .Yet I had only just booked it .

Absolutely exploitation

Truly shocking - DO NOT USE THEM! Operator is rude and not helpful at all - person picking up my car could you Bly drive automatics , couldn’t speak English and honestly looked like she had slept a night under the embankment. On return the operator was equally poor , had to wait 60 minutes to get the car back and was told to just “ get a cup of tea and chill “. DON’T BOTHER SAVING £10 it isn’t worth it!!

Used Our Car When It Was Meant To Be Parked.

Dropped off our car to Heathrow Terminal 3 at the contracted place in the drop-off area, to be called by the company to move to a drive through road so they didn't have to pay the £5 drop-off fee which was included in the price.

Picked up the car three days later to find they have been driving it around and done over 70miles, and used half a tank of petrol.

Spoke to the police who said this happens a lot with these cheap meet and greet services, and to contact a solicitor - which we now are.

Use At Your Peril!!

Have always used this Company - but NO MORE!,

Having had my flight changed by BA from Gatwick to Heathrow due to corona virus issues, I thought this company would be aware of the current difficulties and either refund Gatwick parking or offer credit note. BIG MISTAKE! They basically said hard luck and blamed the car park for being strict about vouchers. NOT TRUE as I contacted the car park direct who couldn’t have been more helpful. Obviously FHR only interested in lining their pockets at the expense of people hit by the current unstable travel industry issues. I shall go direct in future.

Trying To Charge A Cancellation Fee For A Service They Give

Boosed an airport lounge with BookFHR. Lounge closed due to Covid. Offered a credit note which I declined then told that as I had cancelled the booking, they would refund me the cost, LESS a cancellation charge for something I paid for that they could not supply.

Will keep posting here but if Book FHR attempt to charge me a cancellation charge, I'm sure that we can discuss it in front of a judge in court

Terrible Customer Services.

Mis informed and terrible customer service.

I'm a disabled man traveling with my Son from Gatwick to Vancouver and needed to book a lounge.

I booked Aspire lounge instead of No1 lounge as No1 lounge is the ONLY one that can be used on departure from South Terminal.

So I explained this to the company, but their customer service was Terrible. Explaining that it is upto customer to check!

Excuse me for getting Confused! I had to struggle so I thought they should be able to at the very least, be able to transfer so I can use the lounge on my departure from Vancouver on the 12th of September.

After using many facilities and companies whilst on holiday and being helped all the time, even when I do get confused, I am actually disgusted at FHR treatment towards me.

I can admit to booking the wrong terminals lounge but It really should not be an option. Clearly the website takes your money very quickly but customer service and common sense towards disabled people is unfortunately still an issue.

Not Really Meet And Greet

Booked my car into Terminal 2 Meet and Greet. Signage not very good.

On Parking the car, We had quite a good walk to the Terminal in the dark and Cold.

On Pick up we had to walk right through the indoor Car park to the office.

We chose the Meet and Greet as we thought it would be convenient as I can't walk very well.

On pick up when we got into the car, Both seats had been adjusted, Heat turned on to

Maximum, air vents were closed, carpet was dirty.

Sorry I never checked the mileage on drop off. Goodness knows where my car had been.

I reported this, they did not want to know.

Thank you for your review. FHR are an agent for airport car parks across the UK, we do not run the services themselves.

The option you chose was the official service supplied by the Airport. We do say on our web site - available to read before booking -

"Drop and collect in short term car park next to the terminal"

We do offer 3 independent meet and greet companies at Manchester who will meet you outside the terminal, but sometimes they can be more expensive.

We are very sorry that you were disappointed on this occasion.

Fhr Parking - Manchester Airport

Waited nearly an hour for car to be delivered after being told 20 minutes.

After a long flight, to be waiting this amount of time on a cold and draughty car park is unacceptable.

Staffing problems and 'we are busy atm' are no excuses. This must be one of the few service businesses where exactly what is happening every day, at what time etc., is known as it is all pre-booked. They should even know if planes are late so can plan for that.

They need to get their act together.

FHR act as a booking agent for Car Parking at all the major airports in the UK. The Car Parks are owned/operated by the Airports themselves or privately owned companies.

FHR do not own/operate the Car Parks and do not have any direct contact with the vehicles.

A Happy Customer

I Always use FHR to book parking at Gatwick. They have a user friendly website and they have the best prices for returning customers. when I have had to call the staff seem friendly and well informed which has always made my experience a happy one.
