Never Again !
Absolute disgrace of a place, we visited today, 5 of us including my 12 year old daughter. Upon entering the alarm went off and an on-site rude women came over and literally snatched my 13 year olds bag from Pull and Bear from her hands and said let me check you bag. I stated we have only just walked in the shop and not to touch our bags. You’ve literally just seen us walk in. Well you don’t want to get caught out she says insisting we are shop lifters. We literally spend 2-5k a month shopping in designer shops in the Trafford. She wad horrible and then when I refused and snatched the bag back she savoured get out you barred.

Received Faultly Goods
Order was received later than expected and an item was damaged, impossible to get in touch with representative on the phone and they don't reply to emails. When i did eventually speak to member of staff she was really very rude, practically accused me of damaging the goods myself, informed me i could return but it was very likely they would return them to me as it had been 5 days since i received them.I asked for a manager/owner to call me back, that never happened.Paypal refunded me eventually but it took awful lot of time sorting that out. I hope customers start shopping else wear at more reputable companies as these guys are conning a lot of people according to the reviews online.Wish i had seen them before i ordered.

Disgusting Company Steer Clear
Product arrived in shabby condttion, packaging disgraceful zero after sales help, would not purchase from this company again clearly they have no interest in how the goods arrive, and they are certainly not interested in your comments or concerns, or the inconvenience caused to you. There is nothing I like about this company and would not let my family and friends purchase anything from them

Received my order & felt that there was a fault, emailed the company & did not receive a response until I sent chasers & then received a curt email advising that they have 100's emails a day!! Then the demanded a photo, didn't reply for weeks despite chasing & advised 'they didn't feel' there was a fault. Not good enough when paying in excess of £100 for a child's outfit! Much better retailers out there, will not be buying from here again.

Do Not Buy From This Shop Their After Sales Policy
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP THEIR AFTER SALES POLICY IS A JOKE ONCE YOU PURCHASE THAT IS IT AS WE WERE INFORMED. BY A MEMBER OF THE STAFF THE ITEMS WERE GIVEN AS A PRESENT TO OUR 6 MONTH OLD GRAND SON BUT WERE TO SMALL FOR HIM. HE ARRIVED HOME FOR HIS CHRISTING DAY AS HE LIVES IN ABU DHABI UAE. ON RETURNING THEM TO THE SHOP TO ASK FOR A BIGGER SIZE WE WERE INFORMED BY A MEMBER OF STAFF THAT THEY COULD NOT & WOULD NOT CHANGE THEM FOR A BIGGER SIZE OR ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE. THE GOODS ARE SOLD WITH NO RETURNS WE WERE INFORMED. WE COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!
MY ADVICE TO ALL YOU SHOPPERS IS STAY CLEAR OF THIS BASSAR YOU WILL GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A BOOT SALE

Absolutely love Kids Cavern, warm and friendly staff and great reception given when looking for items.
Fabulous website with a lot of variety, good advise would be to sign up to their newsletter as I've just got a 20% voucher for some of the winter boots hint to other mums!
Really easy to shop on there site, did have one of my items out of stock but had an email letting me know which meant I could get something else instead, customer services are really friendly and help you loads!
Overall if your happy to spend a bit more for good quality genuine designer gear go to Kids cavern, they even do an in-store paying off system which is great coming up to Christmas going to pick up my stuff tomorrow; I've been shopping there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else

For a store selling top end merchandise and I assume wanting to compete with a number of counterparts, I feel their policies should come out of the back end market stores and get with the times.
Their returns policy leaves a lot to be desired in that merchandise has to be returned within seven days along with their no refund policy on sales goods. I haven't witnessed anything like this since I worked at great homer street (greatly) market some 22 years ago.
I feel staff training is required in particular their attitude towards returns, I would probably have got a warmer reception had I stormed in wearing tights on my head and brandishing a pistol
Y3 Kids Track Suit
i purchased a Y3 kids track suit from online from kids cavern i question if it is genuine!? the size i purchased was for 4 years old my son is now 5 years old i bought this well over a year ago the bottoms fitted when i purchased this the top still does not fit! and my son is quite big for his age the track suit top still drowns him the top probably wont fit him even when he is 6 years old which he will be soon. totally disappointed in this transaction and wont be using there website again.
