Awful Company
CLOSED MY ACCOUNT DOWN WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE OF KNOWING, COULDN'T CARE LESS IF YOU BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER IN THE PAST. WANT'S CUSTOMERS TO HAVE GOOD CREDIT LIMIT ALL OVER OR WILL JUST SHUT YOU DOWN AND MAKE YOUR LIFE A MISERY.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Like everyone else has seemed to found they are useless and do not even attempt to resolve your issues. I had a TV Delivered and it had a cracked screen. The box said to be carried by 2 men, was carried by one down a narrow alley which is totally stupid and it's no surprise it was broken. Tried to call but due to covid call times over 30 min. Spoke on FB messenger. Told to contact a company called Pacifica. Spoke to them they said they would arrange a return and call me, didn't call. Called them, gave me a number to give to littlewoods. Gave them this on messenger. Told to do online chat. Chat froze. Called them, told someone would call me to arrange delivery. No one did. Contacted them again on FB messenger. Was told courier arrow XL were not doing pick ups of large items. How is this my problem? They can deliver in the pandemic when lockdown is sticter but not pick up when it's been relaxed? As they damaged the TV it is their fault i want to return it, I haven't just changed my mind. Littlewoods just say not their fault it's Arrows. They said no I can't speak to a manager. I asked why they can't speak to arrow to query why one man was carrying the TV when it should be two and why they cant use another service. No answer just told will be collected when it's collected. This TV was delivered to me broken on the 6th of May. I have bought a new TV off AO who were great so I have a broken TV my living room. It's 55 inch. I don't have space for this with the new TV. Utterly disgusted with their lack of responsibility.

Unfair Business Practices!
Are any of you sick and tired of making payments to Littlewoods 13 times a year on a 28-day cycle, instead of on common sense fixed monthly payments, 12 times a year, which is more likely in keeping with how you are paid?
Moreover, are any of you even more peeved off with having to pay a £12 late payment charge (most likely because of their totally irregular payment cycle) on any occasion when you cannot make a payment on the dates that they demand?
Well I believe that these charges could actually be illegal because under British law “terms and conditions” have to be fair and excessive charges and disproportionate sanctions are illegal, moreover terms that allow a company to impose disproportionately high charges on customers for breach of contract are likely to be deemed unfair by any overseeing organisation/body.
So, if you are as sick of the way Littlewoods are treating you just as I am, then may I suggest that you lodge an official complaint with Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Conduct Authority.
The more people who submit a complaint to this CEO, the faster these unfair business practices and the potentially illegal charges with be dealt with.

Total Lack Of Customer Service
I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service from them. I ordered 4 wooded planters from them. On arrival 1 was broken & the other 3 were substandard. I returned them, it took four attempts for them to actually be collected. On 2 occasions, I received noticed that the driver had attended, but they were not ready. I was at home waiting for them. 4th time lucky, then 2 weeks ago I have 2 phone calls wanting to arrange collection of them. I informed them they had been collected. I checked my account & I have been charged for 3 of them. I contacted them via their web complaints system. Told this was the wrong department & to contact their custom services. 3 tines I contacted them & 3 tines the phone was cut off on me. I still do not know why I have been charged for returned items or why I was cut off. I am absolutely disgusted with them & their lack of understanding of either the word customer or services.

Terrible customer services. Ordered a television which was faulty, trying to get a replacement has been almost impossible! To then have phone call after phone call ended after being on the phone for a long time trying to get it sorted! Get put on hold for ages while they ‘try to sort it’ and then the line goes dead - it is just disgraceful! Add to that the promise of a call back to resolve the issue with no call back! I will not be buying anything else from this awful company!!!

Worse Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced!
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
I am someone who is well used to purchasing goods online, and even so found their online system difficult to navigate, for a company whose whole business system is based online and has no physical shops, you would imagine this is one area that would be efficient.
Three separate times I tried to create an account that would let me purchase goods using my debit/credit card instantly, however every time I tried I was told a technical error occurred.
Therefore, I had to create a credit account, which was the last thing I wanted.
Several days later I discovered the goods I had ordered had been declined online, yet the money was taken from my account, and I had not received an email to notify me of this!
I had three separate phone calls where customer service could not help me and one member even suggested how I could resolve it by putting me through to another department, yet when I eventually got through, the representative told me this was not true. I spent roughly an hour on the phone and yet achieved nothing.
I cancelled my order and did my Christmas shopping elsewhere!
Never again will I purchase anything from this website!

Have been with Kay's for years littlewoods take over had nothing but trouble
Got a washer yesterday was delivered broken asked for a return and a new one got told will take up to 14 days
That will be 14 days or more without a washer two kids not a happy person at the moment

I bought a hoover from littlewoods, on 2nd day it was not picking up dirt, rang littlewoods they said to ring hoover, I rang Hoover ltd, they said they would send out a repair man to check my hoover, after one day the repair man rang me to make appointment, he said this visit to do repair will be free but other repairs after this will be charged for, I rang littlewoods back and demanded they get the hoover returned to them as I have contract with them and not hoover ltd, and I cancelled the repair man from hoover, and littlewoods picked it up, and was refunded, then I bought sheets with my cash back, I told the person three times its from my cash back, low and behold, they charged sheets to my account, so I told them to keep the cash back and closed my account, never buy from this company, all the stress when something goes wrong, not worth it.

Do Not Buy These Trainers Unless You Live In The Desert!
Bought these for my son for school and although they are comfy, look good and good fit, they are not waterproof at all. I'm not talking about heavy rainfall, but even the lightest of showers, playing in the park, general walking leaves feet and shoes soaking wet. They are ridiculous, whatever Clarks were thinking of. I have four children and have always bought Clarks shoes and trainers and have never had this problem over the last 17yrs. Have to buy another pair now as these smell rotten from getting wet all the time. Thankfully Littlewoods will refund my the full amount and I will buy a pair for school.
