Rip Off -wrong Parts Sent - Less Than Half Of Money Refunded

“ordered a ac compressor kit for my dodge - order was delayed for a week and when it did arrive it was incomplete and not even the right compressor - initiated a refund and sent the part back but after a month I heard nothing - called them and was told my refund was pending (lied too) and it was waiting for my bank - another week goes by and I call again and this time Im told I didnt send back all the parts - after weeks of calling and trying to work through this I again am told that my refund is pending my bank again (another lie) - and now 6 months later I finally receive notice my refund is pending but it is for less than half of the amount which makes no sense as the dryer and o-ring kit list for far less than what they have deducted from my refund - will never recommend this company or do business with again - not only did it cost me extra money but extra time waiting for my truck to be fixed”

Worse Idea

Worse idea ever to purchase anything from their site. I ordered a part for my vehicle wanted 2day shipping. They ended up putting my order on hold because my shipping and billing address were different even though they had already charged my account. So they called me to verify then said they must call my bank to verify as well. It made no sense because they had already charged my account. 2days passed my order still was processing I was highly upset because I needed the part as soon as possible but it would have been shipped for another week, so I paid 2day shipping for nothing. I decided to have them refund my money and cancel my order because it was ridiculous. Now I have to wait until they refund my money. They did not send my a receipt for the refund. Never again will I be purchasing anything from them or recommend them to anyone.

Defective Part! Where Is The Refund?

APW sent a defective power steering rack in August. VW could not determine this until it was just about installed. Then it was discovered that it was stripped and had to be taken out. So I was charged over $700 (to install a power steering rack twice) and I did not have a car for a week until a new part arrived from another company. I will NEVER order auto parts from this or any other company like this - who do not have American sales people located in this country. And who do not stand by their products and service. I also tried repeatedly to contact their "Corporate" office in California, but it is impossible and they ignore me. It is the end of September and I have not received the refund for the part I sent back. Their reps keep sending emails, asking and telling me the same thing over and over.

Use Only If You Do Not Care When Your Part Arrives

Initially attracted to purchase from AcuraPartWarehouse because of their attractive part pricing. It was not until checking out that the real price became obvious--shipping prices are outrageous! When shipping was added the total cost came to more than what I paid a Honda dealer 4 months ago. Since getting the part from the dealer required an eighty mile roundtrip, I bit the bullet and ordered.

It took over 14 days to deliver the part from Las Vegas to Spokane, Wash!! Ordered on June 22, it did not ship until June 29 and was suppose to arrive July 1. Actually did not arrive until July 6!

Never Again.......

Customer service is in some foreign country. They are more interested in their ratings and actually have no idea where your part is. Snail slow delivery. I ordered a starter on April 3rd and still haven't received a tracking number on April 8th. Cancelled the order last night, but they told me it would take two days to confirm. Bad experience...Deal with anyone BUT Auto Parts Warehouse.

Misleading Product Website. Horendus Customer Service.

If you happing to buy parts your better off to go to someone else. some of the parts are not for the right vehicle. I won't as long as they charged me when listed wrong. the wrong part list for my vehicle. 20% restocking fee pay return shipping and buy new box to ship. Just plan wrong no question about it. I should not have to charged for there mistakes period. I spoke to customer service including supervisors for over 2 hours and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I own 3 businesses myself and one is a customer service business contracted by a large communication company. if these people worked for me I would fire them all. I understand customer service is a satellite company but they represent Auto Parts Warehouse Very Very Poorly. for that reason alone I would never recommend or use this company again.

Ordered control arm late Sunday nite .free shipping was at my door step Tuesday morning ! Discs phone order the sales associate was very patient (I am clueless ) professional and very helpful . I am very satisfied with the service I shopped around before I settled with autoparts warehouse.

Worse Place Ever

Ordered a fuel pump on Thursday with overnight shipping, didn't receive till Monday. Opened the box and found that it was broken. They packed the fuel pump broken to begin with. Call customer service, the lady sounded nice and seemed like she would get the job done. I was completely wrong, told me it would be shipped to my house on Thursday. It's Thursday and they barely shipped it. Received it Friday. WHAT ELSE DID IT GET? ANOTHER BROKEN PART, THE SAME EXACT PART OF THE FUEL PUMP THAT WAS BROKEN AGAIN. I call customer service, did not understand the guy I was talking to. Told me he would issue a full refund on it and that they would send a notice to the warehouse about it. ALSO gives me a discount on my next future purchase. LIKE HELL ILL BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. So I asked to speak to the supervisor on duty. He couldn't answer any of my questions. Told him I waited a week and this is pretty much not acceptable at all. I asked him what do I get in return for their crappy service. "Well, we can do a full refund on the item" and that's it. To make it worse, they don't issue a full refund till they get their part in, which the shipping they pay for takes a week to get back. So basically you wont get a refund for a week or two. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
