Broke Down And Churchill Breakdown Didn’t Even Answer Phone
My battery was flat and I called the breakdown service included in my churchillinsurance. They didn’t even answer my phone,and when’s it didn’t automatically decline my call, it came in with an American recorded voice telling me they were busy and to try again later. I tried 60x over three hours. What if I’d broken down on the motorway with a small child. Appalling service. I won’t insure with Churchill again.

My jeep broke down in Waitrose carpark and I called the Breakdown company.
Quick to answer, polite on the phone and arranged a recovery driver.
The driver kept me informed on his ETA and when he turned up, he was really helpful.
I got towed home which was 8 miles away with no issues.
As it was free on my policy, it did exactly what i needed.

We got cover for free with the insurance policy and I have to say they were great, answered the call in less than a minute, lady was friendly and dealt with the breakdown swiftly, now for a free policy you cannot argue with that, the breakdown company from Droitwich it was Auto something but I think were part of Rogers rescue, they rang and told us they would be there soon and text at every step, must say best experience of a breakdown yet, got us going after 5 mins and took less than 30 mins to arrive.
Now you buy the policy when taking out insurance as we have done this year and cost £30, well worth it.
We forgot we had this as we took out cover with Rescuemycar and they would not come out as they mislead us with a £40 excess per call out, just wrong, thank god for Churchill cover!

Churchill Breakdown Do Not Buy
My car broke down on sat 15th August 2015 at around 10pm, I rang Churchill and was kept waiting on the phone for over 15 mins, when they did answer they wouldn't help me as I wasn't over a quarter a mile from home, so it left me a female driver, my 69 yr old mother and an 11 yr old child STRANDED.... I found there attitude terrible and would recommend people look elsewhere

my dad has had breakdown cover with churchills for many years ,this morning his car wouldnt work so it had broke down ,but beceause its on his drive he doesnt qualify for them to come out,so be aware where you break down,they will take your money year after year but dont care rubbish rubbish money grabbing firm

Awful Customer Services. Phoned Through When My C
Awful customer services. Phoned through when my car broke down and advisor was very rude and unhelpful and asked what was wrong with my car and could I fix it! After I said no and they is why I pay for recovery he told me the recovery team would ring 15 mins before arriving and would be with me within 60 mins. After 60 mins called again and they said they were on their way but held up in traffic. When they arrived with me 2 hours after my first phonecall they had come from 80 miles away and was not even based in the same county.
