Worst Customer Service Ever.
The worst customer service imaginable. The App is useless when you need to put your date of birth in you have to scroll back month by month to find it so if your 60 you have to scroll through 60 X 12 screens. Reporting it to customer services and they couldn't give a monkeys they're not prepared to discuss or report it as an issue and tell you to reinstall the app, beyond belief.

Don't Be Attracted By Their 0%, You Won't Be Able To Use It!
If you want a credit card that you can't access from a company who doesn't want to help, then this is your company!!! Absolutely appalling customer care who do not deal with your complaint. I've not even used my card, its now cut up and being sent back. What sort of company in this day and age makes you write in to them to reset your account security!!! Not one of there advisors could help and no response to my numerous complaints! Won't be wasting my time with any of their products again!

Useless, Pointless, Time Wasting !
I lost my card and when I rang to stop it, they couldn't find me on their system !
Was told to go into my local post office ( no thanks I have a business to run, I'm not doing your job for you)
I have a double barrel name and a clear address so it can't be that hard !
I pay £500 a month off this card, so your telling me they can't find me !!
I tried to change my address twice, was told it was done and it wasn't and was charged for the privilege..
I will be paying this off and destroying it.
If it was paper is wipe my ass with it

Appalling From Start To End
The only reason they have one start is because it isn't an option to give zero!
Too many issues to write here, but customer service is terrible. Pretty much every person I have dealt with doesn't have a clue what they are doing! And several times calling, being put on hold and either being cut off or being left on hold so long that I had to hang up.
My main complaint is from when I called to check my balance and to see if I needed to make any more payments before the payment date. Was advised I had already paid the minimum payment. It was just after Christmas so this was welcome news! Just over a month and a half later I received a text saying I needed to call. It ended up being to their collections. I have never missed a payment on anything, so this was an awful experience. It turns out I was miss advised and hadn't paid the full amount owed - I was advised they couldn't see any notes from my call in January. I paid the amount, but then noticed in May that I was being charged interest on my balance transfer. I queries it and was told that it was because I missed a payment and I had lost my offer.
I raised a complaint and was told it could take 8 weeks for them to get back to me! It took just over 6 weeks for them to come back to me and say that have no record of my call in January and that I had lost the interest free period in February because it had ended.
To say I am unhappy is a huge understatement. I have sent an email back in response, we will see what happens. But I am not expecting anything from the experience I have had. There is absolutely no way I would recommend to anyone.

Absoluate Trashy Service, Online Portal Rubbish
The offers great - cheap money BUT you get what you pay for.
The online portal (old and new ones) are appallingly bad with little actual useful features. A new portal was introduced without allowing existing users to logon and we weren't notified at all. You have to go back through a signup process to get to it. Existing userids don't work on it without registration.
Once there, statements go back a year but you can only download a month at a time. There are weird items shown such as "pending transaction 0.00 with little or no detail". Also you can tell a company really doesn't want to speak with you when you find the portal has ZERO "contact us" options. You can't email thru the portal or submit a query. You are forced to call them during their office hours or submit an email from your yahoo account from which they can only respond in a generic manner as it's a public network. Complete waste of time.
If you do call it takes 4 levels of menu items to get through to a real person and God forbid if you ring out of hours you are still forced to go through them only to be told "we're closed".
I asked them 2 years ago to introduce an email or test notification system for transactions on my card. A fairly simple task you would think to combat fraud easily. Are they bothered to introduce a useful service like that? No but i think you can guess that anyway (Like other users I also had several fraudulent transactions totally thousands so you do have to keep a very close eye on your statements).
Finally If you try and send money via western union you are really given the run around with postoffice claiming they aren't declining and western union claiming aren't either.
All in all a complete shambles so I've got to take it for what it is, cheap money from a cheap outfit.

Do Not Use
Having picked the Post Office to have a credit card with I now find that having two fraudulent payments taken out of my account, sorting it out is a nightmare.I have been ringing them for weeks only to get through to Ireland who's telephone system is a kin to tin cans and string. They will not let you speak to the disputes department and say that they will speak on my behalf. Letters that they have sent only contain half of what they should . Don't use Post Office Credit Cards which are backed by the Bank of Ireland.

Rubbish
Both me and my husband have cards on separate accounts and like previous people who have commented it takes a month to set up the direct debit and like them I got a late payment penalty and a £12 chargei and
My husband hadn't got round to setting up a direct debit and intended to pay his amount off in full upon receipt of the bill which didn't arrive and he too has received a £12 charge and a letter stating the card has been stopped. Today I rang to pay off his card in full and I will be cutting them up,

Great Card...... Shocking Customer Service
A fantastic card for overseas spending I always use it when travelling abroad. My issues lie with the incompetent Bank of Ireland contact centre staff. It took them over 6 weeks to change my address. I had to log 2 complaints (a second complaint after the first complaint form was lost)
Fast forward to today, a letter in the post advising me that I had incurred a £12 late payment fee. The statement was never sent as they had placed a letter block on my account whilst I was trying to get my address changed with them.
I have never paid late and now due to their incompetence and unwillingness to do something I will have a late payment marker on my credit file.
If you want a good card for spending abroad then get it. If you want good customer service then walk away and apply for a Halifax Clarity Card.
Hi, your experience sounds like mine! I can't believe how bad the staff are that work there. I have just added my review too. I am still reeling with anger for the letter I have just received claiming that they have no record of my call. I have replied with a copy of my itemised phone bill! We'll see what...doesn't happen!

Steer Well Clear!!! Jaw Droppingly Poor Service.
I have used many credit card providers in the past and never experienced a single problem... until I made the mistake of applying for a Post Office Platinum Credit Card. At the time of writing, I have been trying for six weeks to get them to transfer a balance to the new card. After hours of eye gouging conversations with their incompetent staff, as well as a written request, I'm still no closer to getting a simple balance transfer completed. I've now given up and taken my business elsewhere. My only shred of hope is that my suffering can serve as a warning to the innocent. If you're thinking of using the Post Office: turn back now! Get off their site, remove yourself from temptation, run as fast as you can to another provider. Seriously, the Post Office and Bank of Ireland are appalling. Don't waste your time on them.
