This Was Great When I First Purchased It, If *only
This was great when I first purchased it, if *only* it had stayed that way. Unfortunately it only lasted about seven months before the loaves stopped rising properly - a fault that my friend found with her's, *and* with the subsequent replacement that she bought. Finally, the motor packed in altogether. I returned it to the store, and put the refund towards a Kenwood breadmaker which has - so far - been great.
Normally, I don't think brand names are significant, but I would suggest that if you need a breadmaker for every day use, it might be worth spending the extra.

This Is My First Breadmaker, Very Good Value For M
This is my first breadmaker, very good value for money - £37 currently at Argos. Quite smart in stainless steel and very straight forward to use, although agree with previous comments about the instructions being inadequate. I have noticed there are a couple of errors too in the ingredients quantities to watch out for that too.

Does The Job, But Really The Manufacturer Needs To
Does the job, but really the manufacturer needs to address the serious issues with the information/recipe book.
