Good All Round Tyre
Use these tyres on the rear on my 99 fireblade matched with a diablo sport on the front,i use the bike to get to work everyday in all weathers and harder riding at weekends(knee downs no problem), the tyres perform great wet or dry and seem to last well to, the groves on the strada seem deeper than other sports touring tyres iv seen. give them ago id recommend.

Diablo Strada Average
Bought a set of these tyres on the strength of reviews from this
website .Big mistake. At best these tyres are only average.
Take too long to get any significant heat into them, very stiff sidewall
leading to spine pummeling ride comfort....even after i dropped the
pressures. They were well past there best at 3500 miles.
I had them fitted to a Hornet 900 which is a quick steering and nimble bike, but these tyres gave very little confidence from the front. They arent in the same league as the Avon storms that I have used.I commute,
hoon, tour etc and dont hang about,I gave up on these tyres at 4500 even though there was stil decent tread left.
In summary, if you are on a tight budget and need the mileage then give them ago,but I cant honestly recommeng them.Spend a few quid extra and enjoy your biking ....

Great Grip, Felt Safer On Corners To Really Push I
Great grip, felt safer on corners to really push it and learnt to get the knee down in no time. Great confidence builder.
Great tyre, would recommend for a weekend bike/hardcore rider.NOT for commuting.

I Replaced A Set Of Worn Out Bridgestone Bt020s On
I replaced a set of worn out Bridgestone BT020s on my CBR1000FS with some Pirelli Diablo Strada. They were under £200 a pair fitted and the handling and road manners are great. There's loads of comfort and they do BIG miles wet or dry thanks to the really deep tread pattern. My bike does wander a bit when pushed, but is controllable. I suspect this has more to do with the monstrous weight of it rather than any failing of these tyres. All in all, a great sports touring equivalent to the ubiquitous 020s.
