No Worries

I have booked business class tickets thru 1st Air several times & I've had not problems. I've always had a choice of airlines & fares to choose & 1st Air has saved me thousands of dollars on each flight.

We Reserved 2 One World Round The World Business C

We reserved 2 One World round the world business Class tickets with 1st-air net one year ago, and they charged us a deposit of 4800 US$. In December I had to change one flight by myself with the operating airline, because they promised to change the flight, but they never did it. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip in January. It took me several phone calls and e-mails to get the reservation cancelled. But finally they did it.Since this time we are waiting for the refund. The tickets weren't issued. I used to be a travel agent so I had the chance to check this. There is no refund from the operating airline side. I called, I wrote e-mails, once the chairman answered, he told me, that they had a problem to receive e-mails from overseas. This was in May. They promised me to call back. Until today, we are still waiting for our money and if we are lucky we will receive excuse. I will continue the story.......

I Have Paid The Full Amount Required By 1st-air Fo

I have paid the full amount required by 1st-air for four round trip business class tickets, US to Asia, via check. I have one month more before my departure date. The airlines that I have reservations with indicate that I do not have tickets yet. Based on information and reviews available on the web, I am concerned that I will not be ticketed in time for my trip.

While They Appeared To Be Helpful, So Far They Hav

While they appeared to be helpful, so far they have not reliable. Tickets are still not issued for flights departing in 1 week's time, though payment was received 2 weeks ago. Based on that not recommended.

I have been chasing 1st Air for several weeks. They refuse to answer emails promptly and give a straight answer. I still have not tickets though I am supposed to fly tomorrow.I will NEVER use 1st Air for anything ever again.

Here are THE FACTS:The inquiry was made in January of 2007 with American Express. It took them two months to investigate, and they could not do anything. Then I was dealing with another person in your office, who would not return my phone calls(actually 11 of them) or reply to my e-mails (8 e-mails) for more than two months until I got to you. I will ask my secreatry to prepare the phone log and the e-mails for publication on this website. And what difference it makes about who made the reservations?Dr.Vladimir Naroditsky

What this individual has not revealed is that he made his purchase in September, 2006 with British Airways, then inquired about the charge in July, 2007 almost 10 months later. While we always aim to please every customer regardless of when the transaction took place, this trip was not booked by the traveller (who placed this post) but by his administrative assistant. The price differential he mentions is true, but only because they missed the advance purchase deadline and approved the higher fare.

It is also not mentioned that while there was a higher fare, this was for travel between San Francisco London in business class and the final price paid represented a savings of over $3,000 compared with the carriers selling price on the day the purchase was confirmed (6 days prior to travel)

Mr. Hart

We never make absolute promises regarding cost, such as 'the lowest prices in the industry." that you posted. With airlines fares always on the move, we build our business on a combination of service and pricing but not price alone.

I am always interested in resolving any issues that any customer many have. I look forward to your reply. I believe you have my e-mail
