Terrible Customer Service

Returned item and have been waiting nearly a month for refund. Shipping tracking confirms Woolovers received return. When I called to ask status, they tell me they have "unopened containers full of returns" sitting on their dock. Essentially, their response was a shoulder shrug of indifference.

If you have to buy an item from this company, go through a 3rd party who isn't indifferent to their customers, Amazon or whoever.

Thyme Marl Guernsey Pullover

I have just received this garment. Tried it on. And haven’t taken it off the rest of the day ,!! It is a most beautiful colour. And absolutely perfect fit. Lovely and warm but not heavy. And really smart ! It is going to be perfect for nearly everything in the cold weather. Many thanks Woolover. We just need a few more beautiful colours. Jblake

Poor Manufacturing

I have purchased several sweaters and tops from WoolOvers. I love their colors and styles, but the manufacturing quality is TERRIBLE. They start to fall apart, develop holes, come unraveled, shortly after the 3 month warranty period. All you can do at that point is mend them yourself.

I presume from this that the manufacturing is outsourced.

Good Products - Awful Service

The sizes are quite inconsistent but the quality of the products are good. That being said, if you have a return you're in for a HUGE hassle. They don't read the exchange requests, take forever to do anything, do not seem to respond to emails for information until you've sent it at least 3 times -- my latest exchange is going on 3 months now....

I'm not so sure they're worth the trouble.

Mine Have Gone Bobbly

Sad to say my two jumpers have both gone bobbly despite the fact they are hardly worn and come off me and hung up as soon as I get home.

Disappointing as they are nice and light to wear. Was really hoping to buy more but fear they will all go the same way. Mine have not been washed yet either!

Hello, It is very disappointing to hear that you have received a faulty garment. On the odd occasion this does happen we advise customers to contact our Customer Services team. Due to the fact that you needed your garment urgently we would normally have asked you to send a photo showing the fault. A replacement garment would then have been sent out to you. I apologise for the inconvenience caused and please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to discuss this further. Regards, Woolovers.

Quality Of Fabric Not As Previously Purchased

I have bought jumpers from Woolovers for several years and always been satisfied until now. The jumper I purchased pilled significantly after 2 wearings which I have not experienced previously. We phoned to complain and have been sent a piller comb which has removed the bobbles.

I bought a sweater from Woolovers on 16/09/15 and had it gift wrapped and sent to my daughter for Christmas. If it doesn't fit will they refund as it is several months?

SueRay

Although I haven't bought anything from Woolovers quite that far in advance of Christmas - I have several times bought gifts from them for my mother and one was exchanged with no questions or quibbles after Christmas because it didn't fit. I think it must have been about 2-3 months after I bought it. I kept the original packaging and receipt just in case. I hope this is helpful.

I have 10 or more of their lovely woollens, I have been very pleased with the quality and of the wash and wear, but the last cardigan bought for Christmas doesn't seem so good for a start it pilled after only one wear, I know this can be normal, so used their little gadget for removing. Then washed it by hand as I always do, but I'm afraid it has stretched quite a bit and is now too big, I would some help please?

ritaf

Hi! I like woolovers garment and wash them by hand. But this summer there was very interesting experience. After vacation trip my favorite cashmere - merino charcoal hoody was pilled. I decided to make a machine wash but with wool program and recommended temperature and detergent. I was really amazed when after machine wash it looked like pilling disappeared! Nothing can say about their gadget - I don't have it.
