When we applied for a mortgage, my husband filled out a form to request information. We decided to go a different route. However, we have been dogged by this company for the past couple of years! Every time our mortgage is sold to another company, the calls begin again. The caller states that since my husband initiated the request for information, they are not "technically" telemarketers and therefore do not have a Do Not Call list. He claims they can only take us off their list if the salesperson "personally" hands over the information at our home address. He repeatedly calls the home number and the cell numbers, and tries to convince us that we must have his company confused with another company. Really? And all these companies have the same name, and a salesperson with the same name?? Give me a break! I have warned him that I consider this harassment, and am looking into finding a legal mechanism to put an end to this.

Be wary of this company. Their reply is a PO box, not an address. Their requests were sent unsolicited as I waived mortgage insurance when I applied for a home equity line of credit with my CU. I called the number listed on the application and no indication of company affiliation was given. A voice recording told me to hold for the next available agent. Very shaky!
