We Bought The Chicco London Stroller From Asda Bac
We bought the Chicco London stroller from Asda back in 2008 and it has been fantastic. It has been on 6 flights, done heaps of miles walking and only now, 2.5years on the wheels have worn down and I'm online looking for new wheels. So I'd say it was very durable and good value for money. A great feature is the footmuff zips in so when you put the child in it doesn't slip down like many other buggies.

A Brilliant Buy For A Second Buggy, If Your Lookin
A brilliant buy for a second buggy, if your looking in the below GBP100 market as I was. Having read other reviews, I can't agree that the raincover is difficult to put on, and doesn't cover the footmuff. It was really easy to put on and I covered my little one up quickly in the rain. The footmuff is really cosy and I love that it zips apart so that you can always use the back of it as an extra cosy pad for the seat. The buggy folds easily with the footmuff on.
Only cons I can see so far is there is no "peep hole" window to see my little one through. But given the price, and its use as a second buggy, its a small issue.

We Bought The Chicco Winter London In The Asda
We bought the Chicco Winter London in the Asda
baby event a few weeks ago and didnt really have a chance to road test it until last weekend. It was priced at £50 and think that is pretty decent for a second buggy.
PRO: hood, cosy-toes footmuff, raincover
Con: not free standing once folded, cant fold when the footmuff is on
Firstly I did find it hard to put up and only just realised how heavy it is when it is folded, but having said that we havent used it all that much so I think in time putting it up will get easier. The storage basket has more than enough room to fit my son's little back pack with food, nappies and wipes etc along with our bottles of jucie and my bag. So more than enough room for things - you just wouldnt get away with a whole weeks shop in there - but then again you wouldnt get that with any pram/buggy anyway! Just bare in mind when you recline it though that you will have a hard time accessing the basket.
Dont hang anything heavy from the handles as it will tip over if you arent holding on - again something that you are advised not to do anyway and again would happen with most lightweight buggys of this kind - so dont let other reivews stating that put you off.
As it is forward facing when you put the hood up you cant see your child, but didnt find that it upset my wee one at all - if anything he enjoyed seeing what was in front of him for a change rather than look at whats behind him or myself for that matter. It gives good coverage especially when you recline it back. There are several reclined postions and I actually prefer this buggy when it is reclined to the iCandy Cherry, as I feel the wee fella is actually "laying" down and not just curved in an tipped backwards postion. The foot rest also can be moved up, down or straight depending on your child.
The wheels handled well on the rough path and I had no trouble manouvering it at all, I thought it would be quite hard to move and shuddery but I was suprised at how well it did move. The front wheels swivel which ease the whole process and they also lock which does help keep more control when on rough paths.
This is given an age rating of 0+ but to be honest I dont think there is that much support for a child under 1 years and I personally wouldnt put a child younger than 9/10 months at the earliest in here, I would keep them in a "proper" pram for as long as possible.
We are using this as a second pushchair mainly to do with space saving in the house and for both our cars - the iCandy wouldnt fit into my old style Corsa now I can get that in and some for of shopping rather then nothing at all.
I would recommend this for a second buggy or for when your child is at toddler stage and doenst need to be in it all the time. It is in my opinion great value for money, and the accessories you get for the price is great considering you have to purchase a foot muff seperate or pay more in the initial price. We wont need to use the footmuff until the winter and I am a bit dubious as to how long it will last staying on with the tiny bit of velcro it has - but I dont think it will be too much of a problem, and as for the rain cover - just make sure the hood is up correct as it can look like it wont cover your childs feet - thank god it wasnt raining today when we tried that out =)
Putting it down seemed to be easier, and it folds umbrella style and has a wee clip to hold it together. It isnt free standing when folded though so needs a good corner to stand up in.
Overall I am glad we chose this buggy, the wee man seems comfy in it, we have no problems manovering with him in it. Safty wise it comes with a 5 point harness and the front locking wheels.
Downside: not free standing once folded, apart from that it is a all round great wee stroller.

Chicco London Stroller Pros: Comes Wit
Chicco London Stroller
PROS: Comes with the essentials- cosy toes, raincover, shopping basket. It's very easy to put up, as long as you make sure you push the parts down fully, (otherwise it may collapse in on your little one!) At £50 it's not too expensive either!
CONS: Quite heavy. Not too easy to collapse. Brakes are very stiff, both on and off. Hood can be easily pulled forward by child, and will eventually snap the little bits holding it on. Not freestanding when collapsed. Cannot be collapsed with cosytoes in place. Not the easiest to manouvre.
I wish I'd known how heavy it was to push, rendering it awkward to steer.
My advice- buy a different brand!

This Buggy Is Perfect, Great Value At Around &poun
This buggy is perfect, great value at around £60 from Argos. Initially i had attached the hood wrong and the raincover wouldnt fit and the buggy looked a bit strange, but after having a look at it the evening i bought it when the kids had gone to bed i realised id put the hood on too high so lowered it and the raincover now fits perfectly even with the footmuff. The footmuff itself can be unzipped and used as a cozy fleecy liner. The shopping basket has plenty room to house the raincover when not in use as well as some shopping. The buggy is lightweight and quite sturdy. Folds no problem and fits our car fine. Lowers for smaller babies and sleeping, and has a secure harness. Highly reccomended!

The Stroller Is Great Easy To Push And Light, The
the stroller is great easy to push and light, the raincover does fit you just have to make sure the hood is down the back of the stroller so it can attach onto the back off the chair this way the raincover fits it properly, at first i put it together wrong and the raincover didnt fit and it looked abit odd. now i have it fixed correctly its great and i love it it has good shopping basket, warm cosey footmuff very light good wheels mangaeable easy storage and collapsed small and compact. only bad thing is when collapsed does not have breaks to hold it still.

I Have Bought This Pushchair For My Child Thats Du
i have bought this pushchair for my child thats due in 8 weeks. ive had my 7 month old niece visiting so have been using this for her seems ok and footmuff a good idea but on the down side the rain cover is way to small to cover over feet and found it total useless in the rain so i have had to order a universal rain cover which im hoping will fit when it arrives

Quite expensive, I paid nearly £80 for it and it's not worth it. I used it for 5 months and wheels don't work any more, which is the main problem.. In addition you cannot see the baby when hood is open.

I Only Bought This Chicco Winter London Stroller A
I only bought this Chicco Winter London Stroller as it was reduced from £69 to £20 at the end of ASDA's baby week. It was ok for a while but now one of the back wheels has worn away, the front right wheel tips rather than steers when you try to go around a corner and from the start the cosy toes didn't stay in place (no real surpruse that one small bit of velcro wouldn't hold it!!) I'm going to take it back and get something else. I still would have bought it (for £20) but would have been gutted if I had paid full price.
