Nassau, Wyndham Nassau Resort & Crystal Palace Casino

You can get a much better deal at a hotel on Paradise Island than what you get at the Wyndham Nassau Resort & Crystal Palace Casino in Nassau. I left three days early because the accommodation was so bad. Good luck if you ask the Wyndham HQ for reimbursement of fees.

I wish I had read reviews about the Wyndham Nassau Resort & Crystal Palace Casino hotel in the Bahamas before making my reservation. I would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:- It is overpriced, the staff were not at all helpful, the food is overpriced, and there really isn't much to do except if you're a gambler. Did I mention it's overpriced? There is a per person nightly charge that you don't find out about until you get there, and this is to use the facilities that you think you're paying for, such as the pools and gymnasium.

After reading some of the reviews we had second thoughts about going to Wyndham Nassau Resort, our fears were totally unfounded. The hotel is not new, but was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and very willing to help. Many people were very upset about extra charges at the end of their stay, we knew ahead of time and expected these. Seven nights was $120 extra. You would benefit by including these charges from the start.

The Wyndham Crystal Palace Resort and Casino was a great place to stay. It was a beautiful resort and had all the ammenities you need. The food was incredible, especially at the Black Angus restaurant. Some of the areas were being remodeled, but overall the atmosphere and decor were nice. The employees were friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. The dealers in the casino were awesome. They were fun and entertaining. You could tell they like their job. Unlike Atlantis, where it was impossible to get someone to even smile as they took your money. If we go back to the Bahamas, we will stay here agin.
