Something In The Bottom Oven Exploded Christmas Eve
We hav only had this double oven for 5 years when it blew the main fuse with a loud small explosion. No Christmas Dinner. Until then we had been quite happy with the quality of both ovens. It cooked and baked quite evenly.
The ovens were never used overmuch so we are very disappointed that it did not last longer than it did and we’ll out of warranty it is just to expensive to think about a repair and anyway I would not trust it not to fail again. It was a frightening experience.

Melted Knobs And Grill
our cooker is 18months old and has the same problem of melting knobs and the grill not working properly replaced knobs at £20 and already melted.

Only Owned The Cooker For 15 Months And Noow The G
only owned the cooker for 15 months and noow the grill has melted the controls and the fan has stopped working. The facia plate gets so hot you cannot touch the controls. What a piece of rubbish!!!!
We bought a new conventional Newworld Oven / grill. We have had it for just over a year and we have found that there is a problem with the grill. As the above writer, our control knobs have melted and the fan has stopped working. Can someone suggest what I should do.
