A great company to deal with, found the website easy to navigate with plenty of information about the individual items I was interested in.
Ordering the required items was very easy and the ability to use Amazon to pay at the checkout made things very easy, delivery was within the period quoted and was very well packed.

Items Ordered Expecting Delivery Within 4 Days Still Waiting
I ordered brushes for our Rotabroach on the 28th November expecting a delivery of 4 days maximum. It's now 29th December 31 days later and still no sign of them. Told they were dispatch via Royal Mail 24 on 19th December don't believe it. Can't be tracked with Royal Mail until they try to deliver. Until we receive these brushes we can't use our Rotabroach. In my opinion this company is not interested in giving a service and don't care about their customers.

Placed order worth over £2200 and waited and waited 12 days later still waiting and they cant give me any info on my order like when I will get it.Worst customer service ever. Just try to speak to someone ha ha ha good luck with that.
