Gilera 600 Nordwest

I've been riding bikes for 30 yrs from dirt to superbike and after a spell on 4 wheels decided to get back to 2 wheels. I had always liked the look of a Nordie and after months of searching i found an immaculate one with 13,000 miles on the clock. Starting was a pig so i put an iridium plug and gel battery and now starts everytime on the button. The handling is pretty damn awesome and i reckon i could shake off a fair few sportsbikes on the twisty bits. the engine has loads of torque and just loves to be opened up. This bike is just the dogs for blatting around country lanes and still looks cool today. Whenever i park up people stop and want to talk about it. Dont repeat dont even think about touring as this bike will break your spine after 2 hours in the saddle. Great fun. I reckon ill keep this one forever.

I've owned 2 Gilera Nordwest 600 bikes since 1992, and am looking now for another one, this bike is fun, powerful, brilliant road manners, handles fantastic, stunning on the b-roads, wheelies all day for miles if you let it, if you having ridden one or owned one, trust me, your missing out lots, the next one I can find I will keep forever, as I've owned ktms huskys, but still prefer the Gilera Nordwest hands down.
