I've Had My Trail Ripper For A Little Over A Year.
I've had my Trail Ripper for a little over a year. I live in AZ so pretty much year round use. Its not uncommon for me to ride 10 - 15 miles per ride and I try to get out on that thing at least a couple of days a week. I havent had 1 mechanical failure, nothing, its been bullet proof. I only rode it a week or so before adding the Dominator pipe and my ped is fast. GPS has it at 41mph. I Have the intercepter (Street version) so its geared more for speed. Love this ped. The Dominator is a must have item.

I Own A Trail Ripper 46 And It Is One Amazing Mach
I own a trail ripper 46 and it is one amazing machine. The GP460RS engine on it has been customized and improved by the mechanic aty my local goped shop to reach near 5.5 horsepower! The dominator pipe sounds amazing and the powerbands make you accelerate like a rocket! Very good acceleration and very fast top speed (mine has hit 40+). It is very strong and durable, but you must keep in mind that no matter how powerful, it is still a small engine. DO NOT lift up the back wheel and rev it like a madman! It is terrible for the engine. I was revving mine and then let the back tire drop. The engine stopped immediately and now my high performance engine is wrecked. It is a great scootyer for street racing or trail riding, but treat it with respect and don't mess around with it.
They r good in certain conditions only . Too wet, or muddy and they cut out because they loose the spark , as mud gets all around the fly wheel . Too dry and the dust gets in to the carb. Or worse in to the barell. I tried all different types of air filters but the engine sucks that hard I just couldn't stop the dust getting in. Got rid of mine now . Great when working perfect handle great offroad but need a better design engine wise to satisfy my offroad needs.

June 20 Update: I Got A New Top End Kit For My 46
June 20 update: I got a new top end kit for my 46 no problem at all I was so excited.I didn't have to plead a case or anything. The rebuild was performed by myself so if you were to send the engine in for the warranty work there may be shipping charges but I'm sure they would minimal. The rebuild on this engine is very basic in my opinion, the fact that it is a two stroke makes it that way. There is a base gasket, cylinder, piston, and wrist pin clips. If your not very facile with tools or mechanically incline don't tear the engine down till you get the replacement parts. So you can remember were you are in the rebuild. Of course this info is only relevant to you if you have the same situation I did.The only other advice I have is check the settings on your carb. H:2.5 to 2.75 turns out from bottom L:1.5 to 1.75 turns out from bottom. This is for sea level elevation and is only my opinion. GREAT RIDE AWSOME HAVE FUN THANKS GOPED.
I Just Bought A Trail Ripper And I'm Sorry I Did.
I just bought a trail ripper and I'm sorry I did. I can't believe any company would ship anything the way they did. Clutch doesn't work. Suspension is crap and brakes (disk?) are a joke. Engine is so loud and obnoxious I wouldn't take it anywhere I'm sending it back.

The Overall Build Of The Trail Ripper Is Very Nice
The overall build of the trail ripper is very nice and I was extremely happy with it before it blew up although I may have just got a bunk motor and if I so, and it is replaced or rebuilt under the warranty then I would tell anyone this is a great product and goped really sticks behind their product ...American made I love that.

The Go-ped Trail Ripper Is A Very Neat Machine Its
The Go-Ped Trail Ripper is a very neat machine its well worth the money the acceleration is ohk for the most part but once you get the dominator pipe it just shoots off the line and I especially like the clutch I have a goped super sport with a g260rc and no clutch sucks (on the older one) because its stop and go with a fine tuned pipe on the trail ripper its the quickest scooter out there the Walbro 618 (stock carb) isnt the best so I would recomend the Walbro 603 carb (with the power band) it kicks in hard I could do wheelies!

When I Bought My First Goped Trail Ripper The Chai
When I bought my first Goped Trail Ripper the chain fell off & dented the disc brake, the disc and scratched the sprocket, as well few days later the rims broke because of the stress of the sprocket, that happened because the centre sprocket hole wasn t properly drilled in the centre, and when I adjust the chain right, then I ride, I check it and its really loose, then later its very tight wearing out the bearings. I was very disappointed. As its under guarantee I got a new sprocket, mad dog brake, carb red pin and they send me some rusty rims, because they said that they didn t have any spare rims and they said that I wait or send me the rusty ones and I... accepted because they took more than6 months to send me the other parts because they forgot completely to send me them. So I get my sprocket but still isnt perfect, there s the same problem again but not as bad, so now im gona get a chain tensioner and that it!
